Went to this location last night with my husband for dinner I ordered 4 soft taco supremes with no lettuce and my husband got the 5 piece chicken tenders the soda machine area was a huge pigsty waited a half hour just to get our food as they were more concerned with the drive thru once we got our food my husbands chicken tenders were cold like they had either not been cooked or were sitting out for a while and my tacos were lukewarm and they were sloppily made ended up getting sick after we will never ever set foot in that place ever again completely ridiculous I would never recommend this place to anybody unless they want food poisoning or diarrhea.

Whoever manages this location is telling all their workers to make their "chicken sandwiches" by slapping 2 tenders on the bun so they can keep the profit charging you for a full patty. Multiple times i have got this complaint from customers for this specific location as a dasher

This Taco Bell/KFC is becoming one of my favorite restaurant stops on the way from Vermont to Connecticut and back. The variety of foods and flavors does not disappoint when you do not have much time to spend dining on a long drive. They are consistently good in preparing what I order.

This place is a absolutely mess! I ordered 2 peices of original chicken and there was only 1 car infront of me at the window...30 mins...30 mins..not one person opened the window to talk to the car infront of me. I then went inside to find out what was going on, only to be spoken too very rude by the front counter employees. Let's just say I never got my order.KFC corporation really needs to rethink this franchise. Absolutely will not return to this location.Nevermind how dirty this restaurant is it was my first and last time...just plain gross ?

Lobby closed at 8, drive-thru open ltil 9. We ordered qty. 3 8 pieces of crispy chicken. We were told it couldn't happen cuz they were closing soon. (9:o0 & it was 8:30) Then why the F are you open!!

Ordered a 3pc meal for $16 and a beef burrito it was missing the coleslaw and the burrito good thing I was eating in when I was missing the items the employees never said they were sorry also I had to clean my own table to sit down all were dirty I was very disappointed in the size of the 3 pieces of chicken don't know how they found such a small chicken and all the pieces were dark meat I will never waste my money at this KFC!!

We walked in and waited at the counter for almost 20 min. The staff did not even come over to the counter . We ended up walking out and went over to the 99 restaurant across the street.

Was at drive thru speaker saying hello for for 5 min. Finally came on and said they would be right with me. Took another 3 min until they came back. There was literally NOBODY in the store or at the drive thru. They employee was rude. When I got up to the window, nobody came for another several minutes. I asked for honey and they said they don't carry honey. Since when? They never gave me butter or honey mustard as asked. Chicken was terrible and barely edible and the biscuits were hockey pucks. I was a fast food chain restaurant manager for years and this is one of the worst run places I have seen. Just look at all of the reviews!

Our server at the drive thru was amazing!! Very polite, kind, as well as professional. We really appreciated his services.However the next night we went back to get Taco Bell this young man was working again and was once again was exceptional, especially working both the drive thru and counter.The drive thru box was not working so we had to drive around to order, it took over 20mins to order due to the car in front of us.We finally were able to order and again this young man (I wish I knew his name) did his due diligence to serve us, again so professional and understanding (he definitely deserves a huge rage) he repeated our order back to us which was completely correct. However due to being short handed and overwhelmed, he did not check our bag and nor did we. Not his fault at all, he was trusting in the kitchen crew bagging to get things right. Again he was amazing and did no wrong and deserves a raise (I'm a chef and recognize good service when I see it.)My girlfriend and I unfortunately did not get a receipt because we thought it would be right, however I ordered a chessy gordita crunch deluxe meal which I received cold chips and maybe a millimeter of nacho cheese which one chip used all the cold cheese. I also ordered 2 cheesy beef burritos ($2 each) and 2 chicken melts as well as a side of guacamole.I received the $2 beef burritos but not the guacamole or the $2 chicken melts.My girlfriend ordered 3 bean and cheese burritos $2 and only received 2, but she did order 2 crunchwrap surpreams which she received.We are not happy at all about how we payed for items we did not receive but also want you to know the upfront cashier is doing above and beyond for his job.Please reward him and try to rectified our unpleasant experience.Thank you for your time,Joe Coolidge
