It's mcdonalds. Over priced for what you get. Even if you order on the mobile app, they have you pull ahead and wait.
Food is hit or miss depending on what shift or person makes it.
The playgrounds are really missed.

Employees are really not professional and will talk about anything as if there are no customers listening... its like that at many places now.

This place was just in the paper for over 30 health violations as of 8/15/23. Stay away!!! Employees are slow, and the manager is rude. A bunch of kids are just sitting/standing around doing nothing.

It was extremely obvious. They care only about the drive through customers as they gave little if any attention to the walk in. Customers waited forever for our food sandwich Looked like someone punched it after they made it. Overly Oozing with Mayo? All tables were dirty and bathrooms were locked. Forgot my nuggs...

There are 2 McDonald’s in Greenfield, this is not the one to go to. Make sure you go to the Mohawk Trail location off 91, This location is both understaffed and or extremely inefficient because on the only two occasions I went to the Federal St location the wait to receive my order was in excess of 20 minutes even though the lobby was completely empty. Also food was missing or incorrect on 100% of orders here.

Christmas day, as I sat with my mother in the assisted living facility that she has been relegated to, I realized that the money that should be in my pocket is not there. I quickly made a mental note of the two places I stopped and used cash. The first was the Dunkin just a few blocks away. They welcomed me, got the manager, and immediately went to the video. A video that she was kind enough to show me without ever having to ask. We were both able to see and acknowledge my habbit of setting money down while I count, then watched as I put it back in my pocket. The second place was this McDonald's. I walked in with a good attitude and the cashier was as friendly and helpful as he could have been. I even told him I'm not trying to blame anyone, I was just hoping to find my almost 300$ that was gone. I waited s very short time and the manager came out with a clearly disbelieving attitude. She dismissively told me that she checked the video.bfrom the first words of "what do you want sir" to her last "get out of my store and never come back it was clear that I was wasting her time. At a certain point, to get a word in I more forcefully said "what's with the attitude" to which she replied (with attitude) " I don't have an attitude. I am a veteran who suffers from PTSD related anxiety. This condition almost rules my life and getting out is a big deal. I approached them with respect and even deference, what I got in return was disrespect. This all could have been friendly, I know that because it was friendly 5 minutes earlier at Dunkin. I was just asking for help tracking down a third of my monthly fixed income. Now I don't know if I should continue to look, or if it's a waste of time. I'll never know as I have no recourse. I'm not saying that this manager took my money, I am telling you that she could not have cared less about a customer who lost a significant amount of money, probably in their store. And that the solution was to treat her customer as if he was lying, as if she has a distain for us. How much do you think she cares about the quality and safety of the food we buy, which pays her salary.

Place is dirty. The staff is rude, God for bid if you didn't pre order your food and have them put in your order. I rather drive all the way to burger King then to waste 30 min of my time and it was dead with full employees. Also there was mold in my ice.

This is the SLOWEST drive thru I've ever sat in. Twice now, I've been stuck in the drive thru for over 20mins. I'm going to start stopping at the other one in town because this is outrageous.
