Placed an Uber eats order. 2 chsbrg meal, Chicknug meal. Super easy. Recieved 2 plain dried up burgers. Limp fries. I'm so disappointed. The lack of care and quality was shameful. Mohawk trail, Greenfield ma.

Staff was rude. Could hear the manager yelling at someone for not wearing gloves, didnt get any sauces correct. Took over 20 min for a vanilla milk shake. While waiting i saw most of the drive through customers come in for missing parts of their order and told they would be charged for the missing things they already paid for, receipt or not.

I went there late one night with my kids and left my wallet in the bathroom! After sending my friend to check if my wallet was at this McDonalds, I was told it wasn’t there. ( i live in Vermont and she lives close by to it. I was informed that if I wanted to review the cameras, I would need to come in person from Vermont. When I arrived, I was then told the manager had gone on medical leave and that I wouldn’t be able to view any footage until she returned. At this point, I was extremely upset. I walked out.

I was with someone who went in to speak with the staff, and after he started questioning the manager, they suddenly produced my wallet ,with all of my money missing!!

This was an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience. I would strongly caution anyone against going to this McDonald’s.

There was no pickles and the bacon stripe where 1 inch in length and overall it was the most disappointing meal at a mcdonalds I have ever had

Federal street McDonald's is far worse than the one on the Mohawk trail. If you have the choice, pick that location. It's cleaner, faster, and friendlier.

This was THE WORST experience I have ever had. I placed an order in my mobile app to pickup curbside. Arrived and input my parking number. 25 minutes later and I still have not received my order. Get out of the car and go inside. The lady with the blue shirt, who never turns around to see if anyone is at the front counter, never turned around. Now I've been at the counter for 5 minutes waiting. There were 2 gentleman ahead of me waiting for their orders also and 3 people behind me waiting for help at the counter. Now sitting outside I have seen cars going through the drive thru and no backup. Inside, while waiting for acknowledgement, the only orders that are being bagged are for the drive thru. No wonder people are waiting forever. The blue shirt lady finally gets around to one of the gentlemens order. 1 down so many more to go. She gets to mine finally. YIPPIE! She speaks loudly at the nice elderly lady who is taking a drive thru order if she could take out the order to my parking space. I say to blue shirt lady that I'm here and she doesn't need to take it out. She looks at me funny. She brings over my food and I ask for a tray for my drinks. The world fell apart. Then I notice that I'm missing some food. Oh lord, if looks could kill. She gives me another bag to carry. The nice elderly lady says to wait. She goes around the corner and comes back with a handle bag to put all my bags in. 38 minutes later, I have gotten my food and am on my home. 3 minutes later I'm home and sitting down to eat. My fries are cold, my nuggets are luke warm and no dipping sauce. Uggg, not going back even if it is right at the bottom of my street. THE WORST!!

Waited 40 minutes for my order along with everyone else. There is clearly no manager running this place and the owner doesn’t give a shit.

Save yourself the trouble and skip it.

The only thing more miserable than ordering food here is probably working here. I didn't see anyone working here smile or acknowledge anyone. There were probably 5-6 people waiting when we placed our order in the kiosk, but it took 20 minutes for us to get our nuggets, fries, and burger. The burger was cold, but the fries were warm, so 🤷. I splurged and for a pair of apple pies and they gave me the birthday pies instead of the traditional pies. That was disgusting. Talking to family from the area, this McDonald's is to be avoided. Go to the McDonald's across town instead.

I just can’t understand or justify waiting for cold food. Fast food has always been a gamble, but it’s not even 50/50 anymore. The chicken for the wraps I received today had been over cooked and then placed somewhere other than a warming tray. Hard, chewy, and room temperature. Fries had no real heat coming from them either, so why am I waiting 3-4 extra minutes at the pick up window??
