I ARRIVED AT MCDONALD'S AT 12:30AM ON MARCH 30TH 2024 I WAS TOLD THAT I WOULD HAVE TO WAIT FOR A COPY OF A RECIPT BECAUSE THE MANAGER HAS LEFT THE BUILDING? I EXPLAINED THAT ITS A STATE MANDATE TO PROVIDE A SALES RECIPT FOR ALL PURCHASES! THE MALE EMPLOYEE DARK HAIR AND TALL SLAMED THE MCDONALD'S DRIVE THROUGH WINDOWN ON ME.ITS NOW 1:00 AM AND I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR AN ITUMIZED RECIPT AND THE MANAGER TO RETURN TO THE RESTAURANT FOR OVER 30 MIN! I EXPLAINED TO THE EMPLOYEE THAT THIS IS A STATE MANDATE A MASSACHUSETTS LAW.AND WAS SPOKEN TO VERY RUDELY BY EMPLOYEE. I WILL BE MAKING A PHONE CALL TO THE MASSACHUSETTS STATE GOVERNORS OFFICE ON MONDAY MORNING.

Got McDonald’s today first off they gave 2 ketchup packets for a 20 piece nugget, 2 cheese burgers and 2 medium fries, this is not a A big deal, but however, when you go to walk in to get more ketchup packets, nobody’s there to assist in giving customers the ketchup packets that are behind the counter, personally I don’t this is a positive thing for a McDonald’s especially in a busy area like that, last time I came here I ordered 20 nuggets and a large fry and for all of that the manager would not give me a sauce packet like a buffalo or bbq , like what am I supposed to do with all that food with no sauce? Basically, in total all these reasons have contributed to the fact that I am giving your restaurant the following rating that is posted above.

Literally waited in their drive thru for 45 minutes after my order was taken... No mention of delays or issues & my order was still incorrect 45 minutes later. Line of cars out to the street. Needs some help.

We tried to make a quick stop at the drive thru for a drink. There were 6 or 7 cars in line when we arrived. Now almost 30 minutes later we still haven't made it to the window. Don't stop here if you don't have plenty of time to spare.

I know I shouldn’t expect much from McDonald’s at this point with how far downhill they’ve all gone but wow! 15 minutes for a McDouble and 10pc nuggets and they didn’t put any sauce in the bag and they’ve clearly never assembled a burger before. I know it can be difficult but you’d think there would be some training involved.

Spend 25 minutes on the drive up line waiting for the employees to.finish there personal.conversation with the car front on me 3 different employees show up.at the window showing pictures on the celphones having to much fun while there is 6 line of car behind be horrible service never again this crew at the greenfield location sucks.

Waited 50 minutes for meals for 3 people ($35 order). Drive thru is the slowest place ever. Told me to pull ahead to wait. Finally went in to check on order and the inside was no better. One guy returned his cheeseburger because he found a hair on it! 🤮 No one is wearing hair nets and no one is working the counter. Awful experience.

I went through the drive through yesterday and accidentally got the wrong order. One call the the store and they fixed it immediately. They are very nice workers and they are very good at their jobs.

This is for the Federal Street location, not the one on Mohawk Trail. More often than not, the food is barely edible. They consistently either microwave the rolls to the point of it being hard, or they're stale. The fries are usually either cold or overcooked. And if you ask them to make a replacement, you'll get an attitude, super sized. Anytime after 10pm they're the only place in Greenfield that's open for food (Wendy's is open also, and they're not any better, but that's for a different review)
