DONâT COME HERE!!!!! WORST MCDONALDâS EVER! My son who has autism and looks forward the most to when we stop for his favorite happy meal at McDonaldâs. Well he was emotionally devastated when his chicken nugget box in his happy meal actually only contained ONIONS!!!

Stopped here on the way to NH. Bathrooms were filthy, no toilet paper in stalls, clothes hanging on the stalls (???), toilet paper all over the ground and no soap in three dispensers. Watched an employee leave without even washing their hands. Food came out and had to ask for the drinks for my kidâs happy meals as they didnât come with them.

Amazing experience 40 minutes after ordering at the drive thru I was invited inside by the kind, caring staff. They took my order 3 more times which made me feel special and taken care of. As I watched âKarensâ complaining left and right about waiting almost 20 minutes I began to reflect upon my pointless existence. Where did my new found patience come from? Had I crossed the point of insanity? Gen Z Americans in tears, happy meals gone wrong, and the staff at McDâs chugginâ along like a well oiled machine, practicing damage control. I thought of the things I had to do today, places I needed to be and I was greeted for a 4th time and to the staffâs astonishment 49 minutes later I was still there, present, believing, waiting and lovinâ it. Eventually a bag with nothing close to what I ordered was handed to me and served with an apology. The smile on my face, tears of a sad clown. I aggressively drove to Wendyâs where I told the drive thru personnel that I would never cheat on them again. Goodbye McDonaldâs on Mohawk trail, itâs not you, itâs me. Very disappointed. Took 20 minutes for food and the order was wrong. Burgers were burnt. And McDonald's prices in MA are far more expensive than other parts of the country.

Worst experience ever in a fast food place. Cold soggy fries. Fish sandwich was clearly not fresh. It had sat. Overflowing garbage bins around entire perimeter. Multiple large puddles in restroom. No garbage bin available there.
NEVER EAT HERE!!! If I could rate this McDonalds zero stars I would. Waited over 25 minutes for food and they got the order wrong. Went to fix it and waited another 10 minutes for the fix. When we started eating our burger, it was burnt and not edible. The chocolate milk they served to children expired the same day and was spoiled after my daughter had a sip. The bathrooms were not even better; toilet paper all over the floor and none in the stalls. Trash was over flowing and the tables were disgusted. Drive a little farther to Wendyâs.

I don't know where to start, super busy, however all the food was cold, 30 plus cars waiting for food don't mention inside customers waiting. The bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. They wanted 50 for our food and still gave us the wrong drinks and then gave us cold cheeseburgers. When asked to rectify it they looked at me like I was incompetent and told me no. I just wanted what I ordered not half frozen food. They should be investigated by the health department.

Hands down the worst McDonald's around. It's shocking how consistently trash this McDonald's is. 1/3 orders are wrong, the burgers are always burned, the fries are always soggy. I periodically revisit this McDonald's, thinking that they must have new employees after 6 or more months, but SOMEHOW the food is still trash every single, and that's if you even get what you order.
