Sadly, while the prices are decent my most recent coffee and ginger bread were not. Tasteless Americano, dry as a bone pastry. Seating is three tables crushed against the side wall.

Ordered a triple espresso. They don't have 'for here' cups. Need a key for the bathroom. Not much parking out front and they don't have a parking lot. The Pleasant St Lot around the corner seems the best place for parking for this place.

You have to admire a coffee shop, where the blackboard of daily specials is neatly and precisely hand lettered and decorated.
But the real treasure here is their own premise, bakery with an awesome selection of pastries, scones, and cookies.
As the name implies, they are coffee roasters, so there is an awesome selection of varieties from Kenya to Peru.
Staff were very friendly and helpful despite a Sunday morning, crush of customers.
Be aware this is mostly a takeout service and at this location they’re only three small two top tables. There are another one or two tables outside for a warmer weather.

Have only had Expresso drinks. No Gluten free food or pastries. But reports from others that the bagels are awesome.
Nice people.

Good sandwich, but it takes forever.
Nice bustling place staff was very lovely. I was in luck. They had their fall menu out and tried the maple bonfire latte. This thing was really good. If I’m in the area again I will definitely be stopping by.

They’ll forget to put everything on your sandwich but they won’t forget to charge you full price $14 for said sandwich
I've spent so much here over the years and it's gone so down hill. Don't bother unless ordering ahead anymore. THEY FULLY IGNORE YOU IM NOT KIDDING YOU CAN STAND THERE FOR HALF AN HOUR AND THEY WILL NOT ACKNOWLEDGE YOU! They will make the food let it sit and get gross under the counter until they decide to make your drink which lately isn't made until you get there and VERY burnt and awful. In the past every time I've ordered online it was always left on the counter for me to go and grab not held hostage until you have to quite literally get their attention just to find out half your order has been ready and sitting for usually over 10 minutes and the other half was never even started. I used to love this place but I won't ever be going back not after my last 5 experiences have all been like this. There's always an excuse, the ticket didn't print, we accidently threw it out, the computer. Yet they always half the food done it's just the drink so it seems more like they just dropped the ball and instead of taking accountability and doing better they would rather make a poor excuse give you awful coffee then send you on your way just to do it again the next time. The Hadley one is worse (rude baristas always on their phones and gross food) so in defeat I give up on Coffee Roasters as a whole.

Coffee is a hit or miss. Don't drink with a straw might get a mouth full of grinds.

If you can sit outside it's very pleasant . Inside is a bit cramped.

This is not my first time visiting this coffee shop, and unfortunately I encounter the same problem. The wait for the order becomes long because the employee spends a lot of time in personal conversations, although there are few customers. I would like the service to be more efficient. I hope that in the future this will improve, as the quality of the coffee here is not bad.
What a relaxing way to start my day. Thank you!
love this chain!! you get your money's worth especially for the lunch sandwiches. if you're willing to pay a little extra than going to dunkin it's a no brainer!
Maybe just sell coffee? Stop crying about things and put in some real work.
