Doesn't matter what visit Ive made this location can never keep up with the volume of people that flow through. Even if the line isn't long you can tell they dont have time to clean. The bathrooms are usually a mess, the tables left unclean, and the floors littered with trash. They need to staff a little better and I think it would be fine.

I’m disappointed everytime I come here. More often than not, the drive thru is closed and/or mobile order is down. The drinks are always wrong. They somehow once combined my husband’s and I’s orders. They put caramel on mine when it was supposed to be on his. I ordered a chai recently and they gave me regular milk instead of oatmilk. I don’t have a dairy allergy but I imagine that wouldn’t be good for someone who does. It just seems like the workers at this Starbucks need better training or don’t care. It’s like they do not put in the same amount of effort as other Starbucks. The Starbucks closer to Springfield area are so much better and put together. This Starbucks is just a hot mess.

This is a struggling location. I've been 3 times, and the cafe has never been open. And the drive through is painfully slow. The staff have always been pleasant at the window. That deadens the pain and confusion of my choice to wait 15 mins for overpriced coffee. But after 3 tries, I'm done and will take my business elsewhere.
Half of the time I come here, there's a sign on the door that says they're closed but the drive through is still open. I'm not coming here on weird days at weird hours. I mean Saturday at 3pm. Last month they closed their cafe before a very bad storm, but reopened it once the storm had passed. I saw a mom and her two kids almost get swept away outside, because they tried to seek shelter at this location. Bad idea, they're never open.

Twice this week I came to this location to do a little work, and twice this week the drive-through was open but the café was closed. The cashier told me it was a staffing issue.
I’m not sure this Starbucks understands that it is functioning as a rest stop for travelers who need coffee and a bathroom. Previously, the café had to close for electrical issues. This is a brand new location, and it’s the only Starbucks for miles.
I am a local. I have an excellent rapport with the people who work here and I love them, the coffee, and the space. But I have never known a Starbucks location to be closed so often. it’s disappointing. I hope the folks here can find a solution and get this café running smoothly. It really is a nice place to work, and I would love to see it succeed.

I just want to say the the red headed woman I was served by today is the sweetest most genuine worker. Homegirl deserves a raise I just got the best customer service of my life. And girl if u see this let’s be friends I love sweet nice girls we don’t have enough of them around here!
