I love their food and so do my sons, however, been trying to order there for the last 1-1/2 months. They just have really bad hours. after trying to go there several times and weren't open I went to website and found out hours changed. Only open 11:30-3:00 on Thursday and Friday and 4:30-9:00 every day. So today we plan on going for lunch, I get there at 1:30, the owner was locking the door and I asked why they weren't open as their website says they are, he said that they changed their hours yet again and open at 3:00, this is really poor customer service. I told him he needs to change his website. I don't think I will be going there anymore, I have wasted way too much time.

Ordered the crazy noodles as I have many times before. Unfortunately this time was a complete disappointment. There was absolutely not a bit of spice to them. The noodles and veggies were so over cooked they were complete mush. My brothers beef in his pad thai smelled almost bad. This is usually my go to spot for this dish but may have to find another. the dumplings tho are fantastic.

Just got takeout here for the second time. Pad thai is fine but the 'Crazy Noodle' is absolutely disgusting. Doughy bloated overcooked noodles, undercooked unseasoned veggies, and no sauce. What is this garbage??

What happened to this rest? Admittedly, it's been a long time since my last visit, though I wasn't expecting what I experienced. No white tablecloths as pictured here; not even cloth napkins. The appetizers were so-so, with a sloppy presentation - dumplings in a too-large bowl with no garnish or anything to enhance its appearance. Plastic cups for water and iced tea. Entrées were nothing special, though the number of shrimp in one dish was generous. This was a wedding anniversary dinner and I assumed it would be at least a bit of a nice dining experience. It wasn't special at all. We won't be returning.

I’ve been going here for a couple years, and the food used to be reliable and good. Not sure what’s been going on the last month or so, if it’s a new person in the kitchen or a new supplier, but the last 3 times I’ve ordered Crazy Noodles (my usual) the noodles were overcooked and gross. 1 of the times it made me sick for an entire day. As sad as it makes me, today was my last order for a while.

Service is lackluster. They seem to have one main server who looks like they would rather be anywhere else. They won’t serve you inside if it’s even an hour out from closing, or their mid day break, which is whatever. But the food and drink is also not great. They serve you a drink in a plastic cup which gives a very cheap look and experience. The pad Thai country style looked great but tasted so sour? And I asked for spice to put on it and they gave me a sauce to pour on it which also wasn’t spicy? I would never go back, go to Thai garden in Northampton.

I went here for lunch and got the Drunken Noodle. It was pretty good, although some parts of the food were cold and some were hot. Overall I thought it tasted good and it wasn't too heavy. They use plastic single use cups for their drinks which isn't great and made me sad for the environmental impact. The woman working there was very nice and service was timely.

I did not enjoy the pad thai, it was quite sour. They also use a ton of single use plastic, which I generally try to avoid (all drinks and sauces are in plastic containers).
