I think the new fusion isn't worth the $5 I paid for it. Plus it took much longer to be waited on and to get my order.

How many times can they get your order wrong? For Wendy's it's 3 times and we quit. First time no tomato on burger and slushied were not frozen, second time nuggets were spicy not regular and burger had no tomato and it was a junior not regular bacon double cheeseburger which was ordered. Third time burger had no tomatoes or pickles and this time we even wrote everything down for them to make sure they got it right. It's at a ridiculous level now and we could not go back so this 1 star review for food exists. Make sure you speak slowly and check your food before you leave!

Ordered cheeseburger with lettuce and tomatoe via drive-up window. Grrr! Didn't get the basic fixings of ketchup, pickle, and mustard. Do you have to ask for these as well?

Very gracious staff at this location, order is always right, never an unreasonable wait given how busy and short staffed they get. Thanks you Wendy's crew! 🙏

I literally waited in the Drive-Thru for 15 minutes just to order my food when there was one car in front of me. I don't understand why they can't take multiple orders and just have you wait in line instead of waiting at the drive-thru speaker. This is the only Wendy's that is impossible to have quick service

Backed up on orders. Locked bathrooms, only clean-ish. Slow to acknowledge people waiting. Spartan interior. Once ordered food came fairly quickly

Garbage i was told to go to the drive threw if I didn't want to wait till everyone else was taking care of and I was also watched as the the manager of the place, sat there chit-chat and doing absolutely nothing but distracting the workers if I could give zero stars I would!

Terrible service food was disgusting. Stood in line for 20 mins for this. Worst Wendy's ever this is my second time going here. As a delivery driver I stop at a lot of fast food places but this is the worst Wendy's I've ever seen. The management is terrible there and the staff doesn't pay attention to what you ask for. Waste of time and money. Avoid this Wendy's at all costs

This place is always delayed, always running out of something and always having people wait forever for their food for it to be cold or disgusting. They have time to chat and joke around instead of focusing on what needs to be done. Not to mention they NEVER have the chili I order. The lady after who gave me something else was very sweet and I didn’t catch her name.

The public restrooms are kept locked and you need either to know the combination or have an employee unlock the door for you. The men's room was filthy. The floor was sticky and slippery. The electric hand dryer is broken. You can see where a urinal used to be attached to the wall. When I asked why public restrooms were locked I was told some people take too long. Apparently they don't consider that someone elderly or handicapped -- or both -- might require some extra time.

Food was fine. The fries were bland as hell. The employees went on a smoke break right in front of the main door and stood in front of our car while we were eating while staring at us.
