The last two times I went in here for breakfast (last two times I'll ever go in there), I waited over 10 minutes at the counter and nobody even came out of the back to take my order! I could hear them in the back, apparently only drive-thru customers get served. Food is good-when I can get served. Management needs to get off their butt before Greenfield sees another fast food place close.

Eat here on occasion! Service is un-predictable! Food is ok! Drive thru service has gotten better! Dining area needs serious up-dating! Baked potato oven has been out of order for months now! This is inexcusable for a chain restaurant! Shame on Wendy's corporate office! UPDATED 11/12/23 dined in! Terribly slow service!! They just seem to be short staffed! Drive thru is very busy! Dining room is dirty!updated 3/8/25 Dining area is worst than ever! It's like eating in the ghetto now unfortunately and many homeless people are congregating inside! Corporate needs to do something about this and it best be soon!!

God damn sad when you see multiple people just standing there doing nothing inside and there's one person in line being me. Then I'm told to pull up and wait! I only ordered a six-piece nugget w/garlic and Parm. Should have gone somewhere else! I could have gone down the road to cumby's and gotten better service!

Took 20 minutes thru drive-through on a Wednesday night after 7 PM. This is either a management issue (lack of proper staff) or the staff didn't care. It was busy, so perhaps unexpected customers made it slow. To make matters worse, there was a steady rain soaking my car while waiting to make the order. Wendy's typically doesn't have these delays, so hopefully, this is a one-off, and they improve. The food itself was good.

They change their menu up. The good items are gone and the expensive items are on full display like a male peacock doing a mating dance. Buns, stale. Fries were limper then Joe biden's..... Well never mind. No straws for our beverages. No fries for our beverages. The tomatoes were not healthy. The lettuce looked like it had been sitting in the back window of my chevette back in high school and it was the only piece of lettuce they could find to make my sandwich. Offer a whopping $18.72. a medium combo meal with a cheese sauce on the side.

I get this Wendy's. They have ample parking and a fast drive through. They often forget stuff from the bag like french fries. Check your bag before you leave. Nice employees. Clean bathrooms.
