Love their vanilla matcha but the online ordering system is very inconvenient. I've ordered twice online while on the go and my order didn't go through by the time I arrived. I've tried to order by phone but there's no phone ordering available. It's a quite impersonal experience. I'm getting my morning matcha elsewhere.

Chew carefully. My sandwich had pieces of plastic.

The saddest Tuna melt I’ve ever had. 14 for that? Ridiculous. I genuinely left mad

We’ve been going for a couple of years but today the food was subpar. Home fries were burnt and the fried chicken sandwich was a piece of chicken coated in breadcrumbs Just awful My iced tea was flavorless Really disappointed as this was a place we loved Won’t be back

Food was over priced $50 for 2 burritos that did not come as order my wifes had no cheese and it was supposed to. The orange juice comes in a bottle and when asked for a glass with ice you would have thought I was ending the girls life.. bottom line food not real good. You have to tip before you get your food and then you have to clean up your dishes... just not worth it.

I wanted to love it. Chai was okay, could’ve used more flavor (super pale color too.) I got a bowl and the onions were barely cooked. All the breakfast items have very similar ingredients. Just seems lazy overall. Disliked my bowl so got a bagel. It was delicious but beware - lots of butter!! Which can be a good or bad thing depending on preference.

Delicious northern breakfast sandwich. Love the fresh ingredients. Digital order and pay worked fine once we understood that was how to order.

I love that this place tries to be accommodating, but their vegan options aren’t great. I tried the vegan “hipster” wrap. It’s nice that the option exists but it wasn’t the best vegan wrap in the world. The Groton Wellness Cafe next door has some better vegan options in my opinion!

What a delight to find this cafe while visiting Groton. The coffee is absolutely delicious and my wrap was lovingly crafted and made to perfection. Customer service was also very friendly and helpful with the menu. Definitely will be back and recommend.

Not the best experience. Very small portions for the price of $15.00 for a tiny sandwich. Pesto chicken panini is delicious but there is very little inside the sandwich. I think it was mostly pesto and melted cheese with a speck of a red pepper. And I didnt appreciate the 5% house fee. Not a good idea to nickle and dime the customer, just raise the price as its already so high it wont make a difference. I will say its a very nice, clean atmosphere and the service was prompt.

Order is wrong every. single. time. It’s my fault for going back but I always have hope but not anymore. They consistently leave out items that you pay EXTRA for. Service is slow and it’s impossible to even get someone to talk to at the front counter. Terrible for the high prices

Though blackbird is on the pricier side, it's always worth it. The food is super yummy and I love that you can get coffee in a mug if you dine in.
