The only reason I'm giving this place a one star is because whenever I need change for a $100 bill they apparently never have it saying they only have fives and tens. But if you had tens and you had enough tens you would have change for my $100 bill. I even asked even if I bought $100 worth of stuff. Would you accept the $100 they said no like that doesn't make any sense

I go to this location frequently as I live nearby. I have had multiple instances with issues. This location seems particularly disorganized and slow. I understand things can get busy in the morning but on multiple occasions I have been waiting 10+ minutes for a basic iced coffee. I have been in danger of being late for work because of the slowness on two occasions and had to walk out even though I paid and never received my order. Again I understand things happen and there are busy times but this is a consistent theme of this particular location. I would rather leave for work early and drive out of my way to a different location than deal with this one.

Sometimes they are really busy, and I understand that.. but even when they are not busy they still always seem to get my order wrong.. I actually stopped going to sunks for a lot time because I was so sick of my order always being g wrong or the coffee being gross.. I went today just because it was convenient and I was starving.. got my order wrong. Then you try and get a refund and the app is like, “here, let me give you some points..” No, I don’t want points. I want my correct order or I want my money back. Pretty simple.

Closed and door locked at 645pm on 9/18/2025. Staff looked at me with doors locked and said closed. I drove 20 min out of my way and they won't pet me in

I've been coming to this location for 5+ yrs. I've seen a number of managers come and go. The new manger now has been there for 2 weeks and he's the best yet. 90% of the employees are great at there job. But you know what they say. "You're only as good as your worst employee"
