I've been coming to this location for 5+ yrs. I've seen a number of managers come and go. The new manger now has been there for 2 weeks and he's the best yet. 90% of the employees are great at there job. But you know what they say. "You're only as good as your worst employee"

Crazy to hear the new manager lady call her employees SPEDS. Absolutely disgusting behavior, sorry if people arent neutotypical enough for Dunkin but you cant exploit vulnerable people then talk smack for anyone to listen. Honestly, first review ever because im so disgusted- telling everyone I know and hopefully people see this review, so a lack of non-neurotypical people in your store will bring you some peace since its such an inconvenience for you they exist and have to have a job.

Ordered an energy cold brew but they didn’t have espresso. Figured cold brew would be fine alone but it was basically brown water with cream, I think something went wrong making that batch.
Out of whole milk, but they made it work with skim milk and half and half! My wife commented her caramel iced latte was outstanding. Awesome service too. Very happy and highly recommended.

This place sucks. Every time I order ahead here it takes 10- 20 minutes for them to come out with my food, which defeats the whole purpose of the "beat the line" advertisement. Today was the 3rd time this month this has happened (its the closest dunks to me but I try to avoid it for this very reason) and when they did ultimately bring my food out it was ice cold. I've got a newborn and 6yo in the car which is why I order to pickup and no way of getting her food fixed because- surprise surprise- their phone lines are down! It seems like they employ teenagers who just really don't care or that they actively ignore the pick up orders despite the advertising that it's meant to be faster. Either way, as I stated to begin with, this place consistently sucks.
I have been here twice and haven’t been welcomed in when you walk in to Dunkin. You should be welcome to buy at least one of Dunkin’, which would mean that at least one employee is at the register ready for the next customer to walk in however Each time I came in the drink that I order I’ve been spot on so they do have good skills on working just need a little guidance on welcoming customers to the atmosphere such as put in a bell on the door to hear the customers walk in something that will help the employees here that there is a customer walking in would be great overall great location great employees very fast service and my drinks are great
