I go to this location frequently as I live nearby. I have had multiple instances with issues. This location seems particularly disorganized and slow. I understand things can get busy in the morning but on multiple occasions I have been waiting 10+ minutes for a basic iced coffee. I have been in danger of being late for work because of the slowness on two occasions and had to walk out even though I paid and never received my order. Again I understand things happen and there are busy times but this is a consistent theme of this particular location. I would rather leave for work early and drive out of my way to a different location than deal with this one.

Sometimes they are really busy, and I understand that.. but even when they are not busy they still always seem to get my order wrong.. I actually stopped going to sunks for a lot time because I was so sick of my order always being g wrong or the coffee being gross.. I went today just because it was convenient and I was starving.. got my order wrong. Then you try and get a refund and the app is like, “here, let me give you some points..” No, I don’t want points. I want my correct order or I want my money back. Pretty simple.

Closed and door locked at 645pm on 9/18/2025. Staff looked at me with doors locked and said closed. I drove 20 min out of my way and they won't pet me in

I've been coming to this location for 5+ yrs. I've seen a number of managers come and go. The new manger now has been there for 2 weeks and he's the best yet. 90% of the employees are great at there job. But you know what they say. "You're only as good as your worst employee"

Crazy to hear the new manager lady call her employees SPEDS. Absolutely disgusting behavior, sorry if people arent neutotypical enough for Dunkin but you cant exploit vulnerable people then talk smack for anyone to listen. Honestly, first review ever because im so disgusted- telling everyone I know and hopefully people see this review, so a lack of non-neurotypical people in your store will bring you some peace since its such an inconvenience for you they exist and have to have a job.
