Everytime I go in the employees are either rude or seem mad to be there. The food is never cooked correctly and today an employee was in black booty shorts and cussing in front of customers!!!

the workers are all so nice and understanding which is always really great, but that doesn't really make up for the fact that this place is not at all good for getting coffee. i can't even count the amount of times i've been to this specific dunkin donuts, but i can count the amount of times they've gotten my order right with only one hand. seriously, the customer service is amazing, but the baristas are honestly not good at their job and it's more worth it to go to the other dunkin just up the road.
do not go here. go to the other main street one this place SUCKS!

Was hungry figured I'd grab a sandwich. Waited at counter to place my order with 2 employees working. No one would even acknowledge me , after 4-5 minutes waiting I walked out hungry and disappointed.

All said "hi" to me as I stood stood at the counter while they kept walking.When one employee asked another if they could help a customer (me) their reply was "If I have to."Needless to say, I walked out as the whole store has evidently quietly quit.Their in-store sign requesting 5-star reviews from customers is either a bad joke or a denial of the truth.
