The worst sourdough sandwich ever. Came cold and bread didn’t see the toaster.

Service is good. Never had an issue with most of the staff. I order in the afternoon normally, so they are quick but occasionally mess up an order. We are all human though I guess. Inside is nice, they keep it clean.
Any issues that arise are typically from the middle schoolers or kids from Lawrence Academy being loud or harassing stuff.

Dirty and rude. Ordered mobile order that took 30 min. On one of the sandwiches, the English muffin was stale. Don't waste your time going to this location.

My boyfriend went to this location to sit inside and order something to eat and work on his computer and get some work done and instead of being welcomed, an employee named Connor was extremely rude and told my boyfriend he “couldn’t sit there” and wouldn’t give him any reason or explanation as to why. Would not recommend this location to anyone

Typically, when I get my morning bagel I get to work and there is little to no cream cheese. That’s led me to check before I leave and ask for a side if there is a minimal amount. This morning I checked, there was barely ANY. So I ask for an extra one on the side & she refuses to give me any. After about a minute, she began talking about how I have to pay $1.50 for a side of cream cheese, why would I pay for a $4 bagel that should already have at least an adequate amount if cream cheese on it rather than needing to ask for more. Especially when I could go to an actual bagel shop and get a better bagel with an acceptable amount of cream cheese!!!! (I only don’t because of time and distance. And I’m not one to ask for mounds of cream cheese, I really only like a thin layer and most of the time that is not fulfilled. Lastly, it was a mobile order. Why would I bring my debit card with me? It’s time to stop acting like a decent dollop of cream cheese is coming out of their pocket, because it’s coming out of mine & I’m not even getting it!!

Customer service gets a little ahead of themselves trying to fill online orders instead of waiting on live customers. Need a better variety of donuts and pastries, and a larger amount of them. The apple fritters are always sold out since they only carry 6 per day. If you want one, better get there at opening or your out of luck. Dunkins needs to bring back garlic bagels also. Everything bagels dont cut it.
YUMMY!
The young lady kept looking at me with suspicious eyes and with apparent anger. I am Hispanic and strongly don’t recommend this place for minority people.
Kid-friendliness: I don’t think minority parents with their kids should come to this location after the looks I received m.
