Fihlo's serves great food and service is good and very friendly. This is an order at the counter and then servers bring you the food. It is BYOB and there is a nice liquor store in the same building.

First time here, and little confused at first, but very friendly staff showed us the way. Food was great, service was fast . Will be going back again.

The atmosphere is one where people are passionate about food, rather than an atmosphere of elegance. A lot of their business is take out, and the counter and the kitchen are center stage, so the space indoors is not the quietest place grab a bite. They do have some lovely outdoor seating for warmer days and that tends to be more quiet and serene. Upscale food with no dress code.

This was our first time here. Food was great! It came out hot and fast. It was fun to browse the liquor store next door for wine or beer. I like they don’t have dedicated servers, there was always someone coming through if we needed anything, which we didn’t. Service is very much like Pressed Cafe. Loved it! Definitely going back!

Been going there for several years. Just recently I ordered the.same dish I usually get and it was disgusting and felt like i got.food.poisoning I suspected. I called the restaurant to Inquire and spoke with the manager who admitted they.had new cooks and left my number for the owner to.call she.stated. This was over a month ago, no return call no concern for being sick from the.diagusting sauce from.an Inexperienced chef. I wouldn't have written this review if they had cared enough about their reputation to call me.back.

Drove 20 miles to get there. It was closed. Under construction. No notice on Google.

Could have at least posted on their website closed for renovations

I have been going here 8 years since i moved to the area. One of my favorite restaurants. I have met the owner, and am half-Italian myself. This is typical high quality rustic Italian food with high quality ingredients and excellent preparation. The bread, provided in unlimited amounts, is outstanding. I like that it is BYOB so it makes a night out much more reasonable.
Favorite dishes include the salad with chicken and sausage, tortellini broccolini, shrimp fra diavolo, and chicken marsala.
Only drawback is they don’t offer homemade pasta, which would be a very nice option, especially since making homemade chicken pasta is easy and is not comparable to dry pasta.

Great food and staff

Great place for a quality meal & moderate cost mostly due to BYOB situation. Take out is also a popular option.

Lobster ravioli & chicken piccata are our favorites. To me, their red sauce is too bitter lacking any sweetness or tomato flavor so I stay away from it. The place is noisy when full with quieter outdoor seating available. Good place to meet friends or dine out without spending a lot of money.

Great fresh food. My new favorite restaurant. Casual yet lovely setting. Gorgeous food.
