I have been going here 8 years since i moved to the area. One of my favorite restaurants. I have met the owner, and am half-Italian myself. This is typical high quality rustic Italian food with high quality ingredients and excellent preparation. The bread, provided in unlimited amounts, is outstanding. I like that it is BYOB so it makes a night out much more reasonable.
Favorite dishes include the salad with chicken and sausage, tortellini broccolini, shrimp fra diavolo,...
Great place for a quality meal & moderate cost mostly due to BYOB situation. Take out is also a popular option.

Lobster ravioli & chicken piccata are our favorites. To me, their red sauce is too bitter lacking any sweetness or tomato flavor so I stay away from it. The place is noisy when full with quieter outdoor seating available. Good place to meet friends or dine out without spending a lot of money.
We went leaf peeping, and wanted to stop for lunch. We struck out in a few towns, but then accidentally found this charming little place. All the food is made on the premises. We shared the focaccia turkey club with bacon, and each had the minestrone soup. It was superb....the bread tasted as if it was right out of the oven, and the roast turkey was aromatic and yummy. Total bill $30.00. Who could ask for anything more ??
