Had my mercury fillings removed which was OK, however in the process they permanently etched the front of one of my top front teeth (using some kind of metal clamp). A number of years later, I still feel the tooth's abraded surface. I never returned and my current dentist says there is nothing that can be done as the enamel was permanently lost. Went in for a routine dental cleaning knowing that friends have warned me about their reputation and to stay away from this practice.. but I figured, I'll just go for a cleaning and look for another dentist soon. However, their newest dental hygienist cracked my tooth during the cleaning. When I rinsed I felt something come out into the basin but I thought maybe it's just plaque. Hubby & I went for spa services with a gift card we were given (first-timers). Beautiful interior and easy, friendly staff. Exceptional spa staff. Very attentive, sweet, and put you at ease.
