Enjoyed a flight of craft beer and a delicious Lobster roll with excellent coleslaw. One small criticism. Didn't want fries (although my wife got them with her excellent haddock plate and they were very good) However, I wanted onion rings and had to order them as an appetizer and there were just too many so most went to waste. Clean and bright atmosphere, friendly service as well.

I have been coming here ever since I was in JR high. We would stop here on our way to and from our Scout camp in Rindge, NH - Camp Quninapoxet. The food is always top notch, with the friendliest of service, and the ice cream is handmade. You can't beat Johnson's!

I’ve been going to Johnson‘s for over 50 years and it’s a staple and I’m glad they still keep doing a good job. It’s awesome.!

One of the hidden gems of the area. While I'm not sure it technically qualifies as a diner it's the best diner in the area and has the best ice cream too. Cozy, friendly, homey. It's the best ?

Delicious ice cream and I really liked the seafood salad roll that I ordered. There are lots of picnic tables outside for those who like to eat outside as well as a cozy indoor dining room where you seat yourself.

Stopped in for lunch wasn't impressed with the food fries weren't cooked. Tried the ice cream also wasn't much flavor won't be back

Thanks for the Great SERVICE and DELICIOUS food and homemade ice cream! It was so good and surprisingly very fast! Came here to celebrate our Dads 84th Birthday! All he wanted was some quality seafood (preferably scallops/ fried clams) and he was more than ? happy with his scallops & clams! Our whole family really enjoyed everything they ordered, very fresh and cooked perfectly!

As a child, my family used to drive by Johnson's Restaurant & Dairy Bar in Groton, as we drove to & from our beloved 4-H Camp Middlesex in Ashby, MA. A special treat every summer was stopping for an ice cream on our way home. Fast forward MANY years & I still love going there for an ice cream. I've never actually had any food here ?, but I know that their ice?? cream is always delicious! I especially love their peppermint stick!

My curly fries were cold when I got them. As was my fish sandwich with rotten lettuce on top. Was very disgusted with the food especially for the price that I paid. And the male manager there was rude to my boyfriend when he went back to order drinks.
