Waited inside (with no ac in building) an extra 20 minutes for my simple sub after waiting the first 20 minutes. That’s 40 minutes for a $17 sub. Will not be back.

First time coming here, but I have lived in the area for 10 years. Was very impressed with how clean it was inside. Food looked amazing! Was picking up dinner for a friend, so I didn't try it, but I plan to go back soon for myself!

Ordered a Greek salad with chicken online. Went to store to pick up. Waited for over 15 minutes for Brian to serve me. Said he was busy which I get but he left my chicken on the grill then left to take the next order and make their meal. My chicken was sitting on the grill, who wants over cooked chicken. Went back up and was told he was sorry someone called out. My problem was him helping someone else and leaving my chicken on the grill. He never made the salad. He said they put their order in before hand yet so did I. He should have finished my order before going on to the next. I heard him take their order, finish the first order before going to the next one. POOR service for a manager. Now I left with no salad and no money back. Sad but the kids who work their have better working skills and people skills. Brian has a lot to learn.

As of late I, like others, have noticed a decline in quality of food. And honestly, the prices are outrageous. I got two bar pizzas and the price was $39! Those pizzas are 10 inches in diameter at best. As I write this review, I am currently standing in the restaurant waiting for my pizzas to be remade. Which were supposed to be done 5 minutes ago. My first two pizzas were left in the oven too long and they were incredibly burnt when I got them. Nothing was said to me about them being burnt. I get home and opened the pizzas and they were so incredibly burnt. I called back and they said they'd make them again and they'd be done in 20 minutes. So I waited 25 minutes before coming into the restaurant and they're still not done. Even as I write this review they're telling me I have to wait another 2-3 minutes and it's been 30 minutes since I called. Idk what's happening here. Maybe the staff is having an off day which happens from time to time but looking at other reviews maybe that's not the case. I'll probably start getting pizza elsewhere from now on. It's just sad. This place used to be hopping with over 4.5 stars reviews. Finally got my corrected pizzas and a free cheese pizza to help make things better but it doesn't replace the wasted time and the frustration felt
So bad, was just a pepper and onion pizza and when opened box I thought was mushroom cause it was completely burned peppers/onions! ( Black) Charcoaled to lil charred bits just awful and at almost 20$ for a small I was so disappointed, disgusted and still hungry! My friend ate a piece and threw up! Damn guess won't eat there anymore! Shame on them!

What is going on with the poor quality ? First, Cape Cod Pizza is not cheap. I got a meatball sub and it was given to me cold; big turnoff and makes me wonder about safety. My friend got a cheesesteak, and the steak was overcooked and charred. Not even worth complaining if staff don’t care; won’t be coming back.
