So I walk in on a busy saturday morning, and I understand people are busy. I was the fifth person in line and after 10 minutes, I was finally able to get up to the counter. As I waited.
And employee there with glasses looked up at me and said, it's gonna be a while. I had seriously already waited ten minutes.Are you kidding me. I was not going to wait any longer for a donut.In the water that was in my hand to purchase that is ridiculous. So I put the water down and went to walk out all of a sudden.She blurts out yep, the impatient man doesn't want to wait. So now you've pointed me out of a crowd and embarrassed me. Not going to lie, really pissed off and will never go back

I'm really disappointed in this location, like I know it's supposed to be fast food but the hash browns are always burnt and the sandwiches are carelessly thrown together.

Whoever the woman was working at the window today 12/15 at 1pm definitely needs a raise. The woman in the car in front of us was very loud and rude and it looked like she had spit food at her when getting to the window. The employee handled it so well and greeted us as if it never happened. As a former manager, She's definitely an employee I'd want to invest in.

Went through the drive-thru was told it's going to be a few minutes because they were brewing fresh coffee, My coffee finally came out and it was cold!!! What a complete waste of 20 minutes for one coffee! The owner should think about hiring some responsible kids and not kids that are going to lie to customers! Maybe he/she can't tell the difference!
