Whoever the woman was working at the window today 12/15 at 1pm definitely needs a raise. The woman in the car in front of us was very loud and rude and it looked like she had spit food at her when getting to the window. The employee handled it so well and greeted us as if it never happened. As a former manager, She's definitely an employee I'd want to invest in.

Went through the drive-thru was told it's going to be a few minutes because they were brewing fresh coffee, My coffee finally came out and it was cold!!! What a complete waste of 20 minutes for one coffee! The owner should think about hiring some responsible kids and not kids that are going to lie to customers! Maybe he/she can't tell the difference!

Took a nasty fall in the parking lot and the staff was very friendly and helpful and helped me get patched up
Seriously struggle to understand why it's so hard to make an iced caramel swirl, cream only. Every time I'm charged for a caramel swirl iced coffee but I receive an iced coffee with just cream in it. I didn't ask for a regular I asked for caramel. How hard is it to just make a caramel coffee without adding sugar to it?

this is by far the only dunks i enjoy going to. The employees are personable and super friendly. Other locations have angry and annoyed employees but it’s always a great experience coming here:)
