Waiting for my coffee and my sons slice of marble cake at the drive thru window and see the cashier stick her bare hands down the back of her pants to adjust them then proceed to grab the marble cake i was going to give to my 5 year old. I drove off. Disgusting. Have better standards and practices.

The blonde working Sunday of the super bowl at 1pm, got an attitude bc I asked for whipped cream on my sons drink. I already asked thru drive thru. I always tip. Simply asked to put it on when you handed me the drink. Heavy eye roll and huffed and puffed. Learn some customer service skills.

Ordered 2 Medium hot coffees, 1 black & 1 with milk no sugar. I was charged between $7 & $8 (seemed high but I wasn’t sure of price). Got home & 1 was black but the other had milk & sugar. So I was overcharged & the order was wrong.
