Got a delivery, one of many. I love their cheeseburgers. Consistently juicy and delicious. Also had their sweet potato fries. Santoros' is always consistent...the burger and fries I had tonight would taste exactly the same next week. I also love the chicken broccoli Alfredo. Better than the same dish I ordered at a North End restaurant. Kathy

I hate giving a one star review. But- I judge a business, especially a restaurant, on its cleanliness.
I was working in the area and stopped in to grab a bite. I'll say- what I ate of the chicken Caesar wrap I got was good. What completely turned me off, and prevented me from finishing my lunch, was the state of the bathroom. Being in disrepair is one thing. This place was a filthy mess. Grime over every surface. Doesn't look like anyone cleaned this room in years. Don't bother washing your hands because the sink, door and light switch were gross too. I had to go next door to wash up.
I see that and I wonder what the state of the kitchen is.
Clean it up folks.

I call myself nowadays a 'pizza snob' and this place is out of this world like the Elon Musk of pizza. The pizza here is even at his level of networth to of over $246 billion as well. And if you need me to put it in simple terms it's at the level of ELITE. It's perfection on all levels and should be award # 1 pizza of ALL of Massachusetts too.

Wheelchair accessibility: Most pizza places I've been to in my entire almost 34 years on this planet you would have to walk up a step or two then another large step and your inside, not here it's an easy wheelchair accessibility spot.
