They misunderstood what I ordered and put everything on my sub, I should have noticed sooner but regardless they then scraped all the food off my sub back into their respective tins which just cross contaminated all of the food meat with vegetable, chicken with pork, absolutely disgusting, they should probably be closed down, I've heard from my friends they've done even worse than what I just said.

Does not accept coupons for chicken subs, steak and cheese and the fine print indicates only certain ones excluded this particular store franchise goes against coupons and falsely advertises.

This place is owned and run by an Indian family. I am an Indian but I would not accept any loopholes when it comes to hygiene.
The lady who makes the sub doesn’t change her gloves when it’s time to add veggies. Usually after adding meat (if you touched it) you are supposed to change it. It’s only you don’t ..when you are 2 team members .. one just handling meat side & the other doing veggies on all the orders.

She clearly didn’t like when we wanted to customize our sub. She just dumped in everything without even organizing toppings on the sub.
We ordered rotisserie chicken & It’s 2 scoops on a footlong..she just threw a lil more than one and started spreading it with her hands.
Also while the bread was toasting she continued doing her chores with gloves on (which she used to add rotisserie chicken on our sub). Resumed adding veggies with the same gloves on.
All the time she was on phone so made me repeat multiple times what we wanted to add.
At the checkout another staff member shows up & he uses a tissue to wipe his hands then sneezes in that and then continue ringing up items. Highly unprofessional behavior.
Please don’t go to this place specially when you are getting the sub for your kids. Please!
I have dropped an email to the corporate office with restaurant and order details to keep an eye on this location. There are several bad reviews and I am wondering what their inspection team is doing. I would want to escalate this to FDA. Trust me I am not this hard but this one made me mad as 2 kids entered to order after me. I wouldn’t want them to eat!

Nasty, no one speaks English, place is in Disarray and they do not have good hygiene no change of gloves nothing it’s so gross. Do not recommend. I literally walked out trying to order a sandwich that was on the board.

Must be new owners since I’ve been here last.
My sandwich had barely any vegetables and was given attitude by the woman making the sandwich. She couldn’t really speak english well I had to keep repeating myself.

BEWARE. UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT FROM SOME INDIAN FAMILY. THEY HARDLY SPEAK ENGLISH. THE WIFE MADE OUR FOOD. DIDNT SPEAK ENOUGH ENGLISH TO UNDERSTAND WE WERE ASKING FOR ITALIAN SUBS. GOT COMBATIVE WITH US BECAUSE SHE KEPT MISUNDERSTANDING. YELLED AT US. THEN THE HUSBAND CAME OUT AND TOLD HER TO STOP YELLING AT US AND FINISHED RINGING US UP. FOOD WAS MADE MEDIOCRE. Stay out of this Dump !! My mother came in & was treated with Disrespect. I promise you if i was there it would of got interesting. Learn respect or Quit. I wish the Gentleman that has been there for a very long time still worked there. I have no idea where these idiots came from
