I wouldn't go there even if the meal was free. I've been going to this place since it opened with a revolving door of managers.
The last straw was a long hair dangling from my fork before taking a bite of my chicken, totally gross and unacceptable. Showed the bartender and he told the manager. The manager never came over to apologize abd to top it off, they were going to charge me for my drink! They finally charged me nothing after making a stink. People around me were shaking their head and looking at their own meal .
Can you imagine actually charging you anything after seeing hair in your food? I've had quite a few other issues here.
Do yourself a favor and skip this place , so many other good restaurants that care about their customers.

This was an unpleasant experience from start to finish. The service was disorganized, and the staff seemed uninterested in addressing problems as they came up. The food was decent but wasn’t worth the time it took. We gave the restaurant plenty of time to make things right, but nothing improved. Our waitress was rude and combative, and her behavior was concerning. Despite the restaurant having more employees than patrons, it took an extremely long time just to place our order—and we had to repeat it multiple times because it was written down incorrectly. Drinks we ordered never arrived.
Other tables were the ones complaining, and when issues were brought to the manager, the response was simply, “Well, I just got here,” which did nothing to resolve any of our situations. The manager also appeared overly friendly with the waitress, making it feel like everyone’s concerns and frustrations were not being taken seriously.
I would strongly encourage 110 Grill leadership to take a closer look at this particular location. I have honestly never experienced anything like this at a restaurant, and am concerned for the safety and well-being of customers and the employees.

Jen and Amy were absolutely fantastic! From the moment we walked in, they lit up the whole place and made us feel so welcome. Their energy and friendliness really set the tone for an amazing experience. And the food? Incredible. Every single bite was delicious. Can’t wait to come back!

After being seat it some time just to get drinks. It was New Year’s Eve. It wasn’t even busy. I spoke with general manager, and he used the excuse that it was New Year’s. My plate was cold. My wife’s plate was cold. Two sandwiches came with no fries or onion rings. The sandwiches were gone before the onion rings even came and they were cold. I think they need to really look at how that kitchen operates after talking with general manager he offered me a $50 gift card. That is a slap in the face after spending 300 will never ever go back.

Burgers overcooked, fries cold. Food sitting under heat lamp for a while. Tortillas on fish tacos not fresh and 3rd taco lacking fish. Wedge salad was a mess, lacking bacon. Waitress was nice but will not return.

i always come here for special events such as birthdays. they are super accommodating when it comes to allergies. the atmosphere feels upscale without upscale pricing. our server sondra was friendly and fast! couldn’t have asked for a better birthday dinner.

The food was just okay—we had to send a dish back because it arrived cold, and we could see it sitting under the heat lamp for quite some time. Our waitress was very nice, but she seemed easily distracted and wasn’t very attentive. The biggest issue, however, was what appeared to be a manager openly yelling at kitchen staff in front of customers, speaking negatively about employees who weren’t present, and discussing what sounded like internal financial matters. It created an uncomfortable dining experience and wasn’t something guests should be exposed to.

Nice place.food was average. Service was eh.we waited to get drinks. It was not crowded as were went about 4pm. Pricey. Much better value elsewhere. We got 1 drink 1 beer,4 people. 1 app, a salad, a burger and 2 entrees, over $250 w tip. We made reservations and they tried to put us at a hitop table near the bar.No thanks. Bar was near full,tables were not.wont be back.
