I got takeout and when I went in to get my food, it seemed like the hostess was still in high school and didn’t really want to be there and I am very disappointed by the food. I think it just needs some extra flavor it’s on the edge of being tasty. It’s just not tasty, it’s actually rather bland🫤

This is a nice little spot but I think my expectations were too high going in. The food was just okay. Seeing this online the food looks really good but tasting in person was a disappointment. It was just average and tasted the same as any other bar but higher priced. The service was very nice and friendly but we sat at the bar and still had to wait on drinks and it wasn't that busy. The place looks nice but wasn't very lively. This was my first visit so maybe they just had an off day. I will definitely give them another try. I would say give them a try and see for yourself but don't go in with high expectations. It's a good sandwich and beer bar.

We had such a great experience at 3Brothers. The food was delicious and the desserts were to die for. You cannot skip the banana foster bread pudding! They have a good selection of fun cocktails and the Strawberry Coconut Margarita was a win for me. What truly made the experience 5 stars was the incredible service we received from the staff. Our servers were Lily and Audrey and both were so friendly, fast, and super accommodating despite there being a party of 40 they were also helping. I always make a point to call out above and beyond service because that's unfortunately rare these days but I was impressed and am already looking forward to going back. Thanks for a great evening!

Meh it was alright. The chicken parm sandwich was okay. The turkey wrap had too much meat in it which made it dry. The service started off great and then we were sitting there for a while with dirty plates on our table. Nothing really memorable.

My wife and I stopped in here on Friday evening and it was excellent. Brendan was our server and he excellent. I had the roast beef sandwich and my wife had the fish sandwich. Both were loaded and delicious. I would recommend this restaurant.

We recently visited 3 Brothers Grill in Hanover. I ordered the Vegetable Risotto with lamb lollipops. Unfortunately, the risotto was underwhelming; bland, with white rice that seemed to lack stock or seasoning, and very little (if any) Parmesan to bring the flavors together. The lamb was cooked well but served attached, so I had to cut the pieces apart myself, which felt a bit clumsy for the presentation.

My daughter’s steak tips were ordered medium but came out rare and had to be sent back, though the staff handled the correction promptly. On the other hand, my husband really enjoyed his salmon salad.

The highlight of our visit was the service. The wait staff was prompt, professional, and attentive throughout the meal. That kind of service always makes a difference and gives me reason to give the restaurant another try.

Good choices on the menu , waitress was nice and attentive. Got the eggs Benny , it could use some some work, sauce was almost non existent, egg was cooked all the way through, very disappointing as someone who is an eggs Benny lover. But the restaurant and restrooms were clean

Food is always great. Awesome menu. Really the best in the area in terms of having something everyone likes with healthy options also. We love it here….

But the service is really not good. It’s impossible to get the servers to come back. We’ve had to get up and find someone to ask for things and for the check. It’s not just one or twice but consistently. The servers stand around and rely on food runners who drop food and walk away. Servers never come back. They need more training potentially or rules around not standing together talking when they have multiple tables. If this could be fixed, this would be our absolute go to place.

***Second Visit: Took the entire family there this past Mother's Day, with a short-notice reservation. All different meals, with a kids meal included. Again, did Not disappoint!! Same waiter, super nice and great with the kids, food was great, atmosphere was fantastic. Thank You again!! (First visit): We ate there very recently looking to try something new, during mid-afternoon. The service was very friendly, super nice young man. The food, a Greek salad with salmon, and a Caesar salad with grilled chicken...was PHENOMENAL. Literally Perfect. The Gun Mule was great also. Will Definitely return.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Walked in on a Sunday looking to sit at a high top, the hostess completely ignored me while I stood there. I then politely told the girl I would like a table for 2, she ignored me again. So I asked one final time for a table for 2 and once again she ignored me and walked into the bar. I've never seen such bad customer service. I walked out after and will not be coming back. This was one of my go to restaurants but after this incident I will think twice about going here.
