Employee hung up the phone on me after I called and said the house sampler didn’t come with chicken. She mentioned that it was an add on with in the app which is false. And I said I can come in and show them the employee proceeded to hang up the phone on me for no reason. Extremely disrespectful to be treated in such a manner as a repeat customer. Manager offered to remake the meal after I came in but the damage was already done. I will no longer bring my buisness here.

The only saving grace this establishment had for me was offering BOGO wings. Starting about 2 months ago, all the boneless wings have been much lower quality than they were before. Lots of fatty pieces that you can't even chew through. First week I just thought they got a bad batch... I gave them 3 weeks of chances and now I'm done wasting my money. I haven't been there in almost 2 months.
Decreasing the quality of your products while still maintaining the same price in an economy where everything is already overpriced is definitely a special way of treating your loyal customers.

I don’t understand the bad reviews. My kid and I had an early lunch here and all of the employees were welcoming and pleasant. The place wasn’t very busy at all for Saturday lunch in a very busy area but the food was very good and our service was great.

If you have all night, this is the place to go! You can spend 45 minutes there and still not get a drink. If you want to eat, eat prior to arriving so when they decide you are visible enough to talk to you, you may be getting hungry from your last meal. In fact, if you're fasting, this is your lucky place to be. You don't have to even worry about food coming to your table before the sun goes down. What should you eat? Wings... they are from dwarf or baby chicken, though, not wild Buffalo. If you were trying to get buzzed, this is not the place to go....you all will be safe to drive home. UPDATE In response to filling out your form: I came back a week after to see if it was an isolated event and the 2nd time, I got up and walked out after sitting for 20 minutes and finally a girl came over and was like I'll be there shortly and still hadn't even offered a drink. There were less than 5 tables filled. I don't think you can make it right unless you rehaul the entire mentality of your staff and your management.

the manager was extremely rude and aggressive towards me and my gf , the place says it closes at 12 but the manager told us the kitchen is closed but we came in at 10pm . and people were still seated and were ordering , not coming here again !!!!
If the service is going to be this bad at least get the food order correct

The food was good, but the service was bad. The bartender forgot our drinks. I had to go ask for potato wedges so I didn’t offend him, but it wasn’t even worth his feelings. After I ordered 2 rounds of drinks, I ordered more food and asked for CELERY AND CARROTS. They brought me fries, which I politely declined and then walked back to to the bar to say “sorry, they brought fries and I said it was a little mistake, can I still get my celery and carrots. It’s been 20 minutes and NOTHING. The bar area isn’t even busy, there are literally 2 people seated right now. This is embarrassing for your establishment. Not getting celery and carrots is ridiculous. The manager is here and also oblivious. DO BETTER. We came here to play a game, watch football, and enjoy food and drink, I haven’t even brought it up to them to not made them feel bad for their poor performance. Your cooks are DOING ALL THE WORK and deserve better than the rest of your staff. If your waiters and bartenders slack off they’re probably not getting tipped well. Which means they’re not tipping the people who are actually doing their jobs.

Wing quality isn't the same anymore. It's hit or miss.. mostly miss. Traditional wings have no meat on them most of the time it's like eatting skin, sauce and gnaring on a bone.
You know it's bad when it's a bogo deal night & the place is empty.
I reached out to Bdubs corporate, before I gave this review in hopes they would do quality control and improve. But, they never got back to me so they don't care that much either.
My party & I left Bdubs and got a chicken sandwich across the way.
Bdubs does have great drinks though!
