I wish I could give it zero stars. Order 10 wings took over a 1/2 an hour and waited at the front register for twenty minutes without anybody helping.. No matter which location you go to the service sucks

the manager was extremely rude and aggressive towards me and my gf , the place says it closes at 12 but the manager told us the kitchen is closed but we came in at 10pm . and people were still seated and were ordering , not coming here again !!!!

The food was good, but the service was bad. The bartender forgot our drinks. I had to go ask for potato wedges so I didn’t offend him, but it wasn’t even worth his feelings. After I ordered 2 rounds of drinks, I ordered more food and asked for CELERY AND CARROTS. They brought me fries, which I politely declined and then walked back to to the bar to say “sorry, they brought fries and I said it was a little mistake, can I still get my celery and carrots. It’s been 20 minutes and NOTHING. The bar area isn’t even busy, there are literally 2 people seated right now. This is embarrassing for your establishment. Not getting celery and carrots is ridiculous. The manager is here and also oblivious. DO BETTER. We came here to play a game, watch football, and enjoy food and drink, I haven’t even brought it up to them to not made them feel bad for their poor performance. Your cooks are DOING ALL THE WORK and deserve better than the rest of your staff. If your waiters and bartenders slack off they’re probably not getting tipped well. Which means they’re not tipping the people who are actually doing their jobs.

Wing quality isn't the same anymore. It's hit or miss.. mostly miss. Traditional wings have no meat on them most of the time it's like eatting skin, sauce and gnaring on a bone.
You know it's bad when it's a bogo deal night & the place is empty.
I reached out to Bdubs corporate, before I gave this review in hopes they would do quality control and improve. But, they never got back to me so they don't care that much either.
My party & I left Bdubs and got a chicken sandwich across the way.
Bdubs does have great drinks though!

I recently went here. I haven’t gone to this company for many years, so I figured I’d give another shot. I was completely dead. We came in went to the bar, the bartender was very pleasant, could be cleaner but very nice. We were the only two people in the place. We ordered 20 wings and fries. We didn’t have to wait too long but when we got our food the carrots on the plate were very slate looking and were never received our fries. The bartender was kind enough to remove from the bill. It was dead we should not have been missing anything. A lot of the staff was getting their food as well . Other than that the experience wasn’t terrible but not super impressed

I ate my dinner with my winter coat zipped to my neck & I was still cold
It took 10 minutes to see a waitress after being seated in a restaurant 70% empty
When we finished the meal, I could not find the waitress to get our check. She disappeared after giving us the food & she then went into the back room & I had to go to the bar to find her.
She never came back to see if the food was good or if we needed a drink refill.
The service is always terrible, but it was worse today. This is the first time back in over a year & I do not plan on returning
Food is always great. Sometimes the dry rub on the wings is a little light and I have to order extra dry rub but recently had a trip with some of the homies and it was great. Atmosphere was great and the UFC card was on. I had to use the restroom and I happen to see one of the servers go to the restroom and then proceed to just continue out of the restroom without washing his hands. This night he did serve our food to the table. It definatly did surprise me and I was taken aback but it was just another great night at Buffalo Wild Wings. I think employees that’s are serving food espically should know there hand hygiene at work. I love this location for sure but just needed to let this review speak for itself.

Incompetent staff, no host at the host station for 15 min, and no wait staff visible. Sit in the bar section and the bartender gets us water and tells us someone will be with us. 5 minutes later some waiter shows up and tells us we had to go back to the host stand to get properly seated.
