We got the skillets at this place around 11 PM, and it feels like they burnt this on purpose because we ordered near closing. They weren’t absolutely disgusting. This place sucks.

Bartenders drink while on shift and get sloppy and argumentative towards the end of the night. Older gentleman bartender was arguing with a couple at the bar, stumbling all over the place. I was embarrassed for him. This isn't the first time I've seen this here. I've had enough of it. I definitely won't come back after that.

I truly don’t understand how this place is still open. Drive by on any weeknight (no major sporting game on), and there’s maybe a handful of cars in the parking lot — and don’t tell me customers are parking in the back.

We’ve tried it a few times in the past and found the food to be lackluster and the service pretty awful. Once, the bartender tried to gaslight me into saying I ordered an expensive beer when all I wanted was a bud lite.

Fast forward to tonight and we ordered takeout through their app. The app will give you an estimated time to pickup, but it was clear our food had been sitting for a while. Chilis and other places will text you/alert you when your order. Knowing past mistakes of orders in the past not including side sauces, I checked before I left … and much to my surprise, the side sauces were missing. So when I went back inside to ask, I received a lot of attitude and “it’s in the bag.” Okay, it’s 30 degrees outside and I wouldn’t have come back inside if so. Then, she tried to give us the wrong sauce and when I asked for more (two little ramekins for a large order of onion rings), she told me they only give one tiny sauce for a large order. Listen, I wasn’t going to get into a back and forth. I’ve hosted, served, and bartended in the past to know good service.

To sum it up, always check your order before leaving the parking lot because you never know what you’re going to get. The service is mehhh and the food and prices certainly don’t justify it.

Food and the service provided by the server was great. The company should be disappointed in themselves for ALWAYS short staffing the work crew on Veteran’s day. This is the third year I’ve gone here on a Veterans Day and there is only two servers working with no host. I’m assuming the kitchen is short staffed as well. Over working your two servers when you know it gets busy on Veteran’s day is absurd.

November 11, 12:45pm: waited almost 10 minutes, no host appeared to seat me and my children. Multiple servers saw us and made zero effort to send someone, assuming there was someone. If it was “seat yourself” during lunch, there was zero signage to indicate that. Never had this problem in previous visits, but it won’t happen again, because I won’t be back.

Staff are very inattentive. I've sat down for 20 minutes without even being greeted by a waiter, let alone have anyone take my drink order. This has even happened on slow days!!! Clearly this store has a management issue.

10/18/25 6:30 pm , My Friend, Daughter, and I attempt to get food and a drink. We have gone to this exact place before and have never had any issue like this. I dont know if its new management or new servers but What. A. Joke. Whoever the Dark Skin girl whos seating people cant do the simplest thing like grab a high chair for a 1 year old. I took me asking for a SECOND time(10mins in) for them to bring one from the back so my daughter can sit… then comes the server/waitress with her pink backpack on. Just walking around almost aimlessly, we make eye contact at least twice but we assume shes on break so dont worry to much, after calling over a young lady we explain the situation and she says thats not acceptable and says she will go find someone, 5 mins later the same girl with the pink straps who has just been walking around comes over and apologizes cause “no one told her” i tell her this is unacceptable and before i can even finish shes starts walking away. We pack up and leave since we have been sitting for 30 mins plus without even a water! I dont know if it was miscommunication with the front/ or to the server but what a waste of time and effort. I regularly get food and drinks here and have never had this waitress/ nor this issue. I have never even written a review but for me to create an account for this is ridiculous

Great location for this restaurant. The best wings and food in town. This restaurant has great service very welcoming and courteous. Quick service and very attentive to our table. Great atmosphere not too loud, we watched the football game had drinks perfect date night

We waited quite a while to be seated. Place was not busy at all. We were finally seated and waited and waited and waited. After 20 minutes another party came in, immediately seated and given their drinks . I looked around and found the manager, told her of the situation and she replied “what do you want me to do “? We waited so long that my daughter called her boyfriend to come meet us there. I would not go to the Hanover, MA location again

Had terrible experience. Had a male server. No idea his name. But the hostess did all his work. Watched two tables walk out because he was in no hurry to do his Job. I’d skip stopping at this Buffalo Wild Wings

Employee hung up the phone on me after I called and said the house sampler didn’t come with chicken. She mentioned that it was an add on with in the app which is false. And I said I can come in and show them the employee proceeded to hang up the phone on me for no reason. Extremely disrespectful to be treated in such a manner as a repeat customer. Manager offered to remake the meal after I came in but the damage was already done. I will no longer bring my buisness here.

The only saving grace this establishment had for me was offering BOGO wings. Starting about 2 months ago, all the boneless wings have been much lower quality than they were before. Lots of fatty pieces that you can't even chew through. First week I just thought they got a bad batch... I gave them 3 weeks of chances and now I'm done wasting my money. I haven't been there in almost 2 months.

Decreasing the quality of your products while still maintaining the same price in an economy where everything is already overpriced is definitely a special way of treating your loyal customers.

I don’t understand the bad reviews. My kid and I had an early lunch here and all of the employees were welcoming and pleasant. The place wasn’t very busy at all for Saturday lunch in a very busy area but the food was very good and our service was great.
