A couple of weeks ago, I went to Chick-fil-A for a quick meal, but unfortunately, my visit turned into a very unsettling experience. While parked in the lot, a car full of illegal immigrants crashed into my car and then sped off without stopping. It was extremely distressing, especially considering the damage done to my vehicle. What made the situation worse was the lack of support from the employees. Not only did no one come outside to check on me, but when I approached them for assistance, I was met with indifference. I understand that accidents happen, but the lack of help or concern from the staff was disappointing and left me feeling unheard. I had hoped for at least a bit of empathy or an offer to assist with contacting authorities, but none was offered. I hope the management can address this issue and ensure that employees are better trained to handle situations like this in the future. For now, I’ll have to think twice before visiting this location again.

Food was excellent, atmosphere clean, price was a bit high, customer service was lacking from the cashier girl. She almost seemed condescending and annoyed that she had to take my order.
This location was on point. Order temperature was perfect and fresh, wish all locations was like this.

I’ll just start this off by saying I love chic fil a chicken however the past 4-5 times I’ve gone they’ve seemed to mess up something. Every time I order an 8 count meal with a fruit punch. First time I went they never gave me a straw which I got over bc it was a straw. The second time I went I ordered ketchup and Polynesian sauce and I got no sauces with my order and when I had realized I didn’t I was already back at my house. The third time I had ordered a Mac and cheese they charged me and then at the window I was told there was no Mac and cheese for the day. Finally yesterday I went and I ordered the same thing as usual and I ordered my ketchup and Polynesian sauce and I got chic fil an and herb ranch sauce. I went at a non busy time and there were only 3 other cars in the line. I just wish staff would stop making mistakes with my orders.

Best plump chicken sandwich for all the Chick-fil-A's I've been to. My wife didn't like the salad in the Market salad; wasn't fresh (tasted like prepackaged lettuce).
My daughter LOOOOOOOOVES this place. So we just went for her birthday lunch. She loved her fries and Nuggets. My chicken wrap was mostly bread. Bummer. Also the worker who took our order was lass than happy to be there. It happens

This Hanover location was a disaster. The order was so inaccurate we had to go up multiple times as we discovered more missing or wrong items. The store was busy so they were cutting corners - the waffle fries were soggy and way undercooked. The cashier was practically comatose and needed to call a manager to make change. All in all a disaster at this location.
