Worst chipotle i’ve ever been to.PLEASE TEACH YOUR STAFF WHAT A PORTION LOOKS LIKE. Paid $14 but not even worth $5 dollar or portion.

The service is terrible. They never have all the food options ready and then they lie and say that they’re out of the food when they’re really cooking it. The staff barely speaks English and the cashier was rude.

Will not be coming back here. Had no issues in the past but this time the bowls had half portions, missing the fajita veggies, never got the queso that was ordered and was given spoons instead of forks. Tried to call to speak to a manager and was given a voice recording that said “you can email us if you have issues”.

has to be the most mismanaged Chipotle on the country. off peak times the line stretches to the door and one person non chalantly helps customers as if they get paid to go slower

Awful service. These people don't know what they're even serving. I asked for kid quesadilla and the worker didn't know how many tortilla to go with that and seemed confused on what else comes with order. I asked for two since that's what the kids taco comes with. Also they were obviously mad at me. Then they tried to charge me additional $5 for a $5 kids meal lol 🤦🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️ what kind of customer service is this

Place was out of everything portions were small $42 for 3 bowls thrown together and it was dirty inside with food on all the tables.
This location is very dirty and the service is poor. I have been to a lot of chipotles and this is the worst one I have ever been to. Suggest start with having the staff get off their phones and pay attention to their work.

We stopped in this eve to grab a quick meal and were disappointed by the condition of the restaurant. The tables and floor were filthy with food, napkins, straws and other trash items everywhere. We decided to take our food out to eat at home. Sadly, the meal was as disappointing as the cleanliness of the place and we will not be back. So disappointing!

HORRIBLE SERVICE! First it took me over 15 minutes to get to a point of placing my order when the line was made of 5 people. Reason? Employees were cheap chatting and walking around the store at a snails pace. When was finally time for me to place my order, both orders were made wrong because guess what they were too entertained talking and laughing with each other, I would totally understand if the wait time or mistakes were made by someone learning the job. If I was the brand, owner or manager I would feel very embarrassed to have my employees treat customers that way. I’m sure unprofessionalism is not what you preach for. I arrived at the store at 8:18 and left with my bag at 8:50. Very reasonable time for 1 burrito and 1 bowl….. This is my first review and hopefully my last
