Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Sent me a peanut butter blizzard instead of a heathbar on DoorDash.
When I called the store the answer was “we’ve been busy and they look very similar”. Is this a joke? Good thing I tried it before my son with his peanut allergy dug in…..Absolutely ridiculous. These people have zero accountability.

After a traumatizing experience at McDonald’s, I was hangry and needed something fast. I was so happy when I saw DQ was in my area, and always get a small twist cone. Online, at least in the web browser (I don’t have the app), it only gave me the option for vanilla cones. I called the store to ask if they have twist (choc&van) and the employee on the phone said yes, and that he would make a note that my order was twist instead of vanilla. When I got there they were fast and friendly, and I was happy they made my cone when I got there instead of when I put my order in. Overall highly recommend, they are awesome!! 6 stars

We dropped by late in the day to pick out an ice cream cake for our daughter's birthday. After asking if there were more cakes available than what was in the display , the manager came over and offered to make us a custom cake on the spot for our daughter. He took the time to ask her what flavors and toppings she wanted, what colors she wanted, and what she wanted the cake to say. He was so kind and patient with her, and made us a great cake on the spot -- I didn't catch his name, but appreciate the time he took to make sure our daughter's birthday was extra special!

Staff was kind but they ran out of M&Ms, Cookie Dough, Heath, and pretty much every other topping! Bummer that I drove all this way for that to happen. :(

Let’s start off with the line was incredibly long. There was a lot of people here so I give them a break on that but I told them no mayo. They still did no mayo on my other sandwich. I said plain they put ketchup on it thank God I’m not allergic to anything the person at the window. I felt like she was just rushing me to get to the next person when this is the first time I’ve ever been at Dairy Queen and my first impression is that I’m never coming back. The food is disgusting. The fries seem like they’re not even cooked all the way like somebody was rushing. The only thing that they got right was a Coca-Cola soda and a red cherry slushy chicken tenders taste really dry seem like they’ve been sitting.
Horrible, horrible horrible Dan don’t waste your money here

Just to add the red stuff on my sandwich is literally the sold called tomato that they put on my sandwich smashed soggy horrible waste of money

PS I did call the store and they did void the whole entire transaction but I did try to explain to them that they need to take the time to do what they’re doing doing individually because just pouring that much ketchup in that much mayo on a sandwich is just lazy

Nice little Dairy Queen located near a fun center. Great stop if you have kids. Has outdoor seating for nice days.

50 year old who grew up on DQ cones. The service at this location is poor. Tonight I sat at the drive thru window for over 10 min waiting for a med cone. Then they opened to window handed me a cone.(melting dripping) I had giving them $20 10 min before. No change? The young man says you wanted your change? I said I don't give 400% tips. Most importantly this apparently is the new WOKE DQ no chocolate jimmies. I asked why? They said cooperate will not allow "jimmies" but I can get rainbow sprinkles. Those are allowed. This country is so soft.

Don't like giving bad reviews, but customer service is really bad here. Every time I go to pickup delivery, I'm ignored even when trying to get someone's attention. And the kids will stand there and talk about you as you are trying to get there attention.
