So I ordered A cheese beef burger and I requested to remove beef patty from that burger and put some different sauces , coz I am vegetarian so I cannot eat any non veg thing , but in Dairy Queen almost there was nothing for vegetarian peoples , so I customized it and remove beef patty which I think they ignored and put beef inside my burger although they don’t forget to add the sauces which I ordered them for putting inside my burger !! And I received a beef a burger for second time today , it’s not my first time last time they did a same mistake and sent this kind a order at that time I ignored it but not this time !!! idk what to do with it and now I wasted my money on this thing just because they don’t take orders seriously, Huge disappointing Never Ordering from Dairy Queen again , and also suggesting not to order from them if you want something customized then …..

First time to DQ in ages! Better than even all those fond memories! The burgers were outstanding, and the staff was super friendly and super fast! Very clean! At first I was intimidated by the long lines, but soon realized those lines were moving quickly! Amazing business with great value!

Atmosphere is great! Food is average and the ice cream is good. Service was ok depends on the employee. For the record I do like small ice cream parlors and local shops. This is my opinion on this location. It’s a decent spot to have a great treat.Parking: Tons of parking!Kid-friendliness: This is definitely a kids place!

I go to the drive thru in Hanover maybe once a week. No matter what day or time it is, the employees are always professional and pleasant. I’ve been the only customer in line and I’ve been there when there’s a dozen cars in the drive through. They don’t get frazzled or mess up the order. Just wanted to let management and customers know that the team in Hanover is such an asset to Dairy Queen.

Dairy Queen in Hanover totally nailed my son’s Christmas in July Grinch birthday cake! It was amazing!
I'd never tried the food before, but it was delicious. The ice cream was excellent as usual
