The girl at the front counter seemed nice but the coffee tasted sour like the cream machine hasnt been cleaned and the coffee itself tasted like it had been sitting since the day before. This store is always a mess, the staff doesnt know what they are doing, trash is always over flowing, and its overall genuinely dirty and unkept. This store has desperately gone down hill in the past few months.

I ordered a peppermint mocha latte at the D/T. The taste was off. It hardly had any peppermint flavor and it didn't seem to have the correct ratio of almond milk that I ordered. I went back and told them the drink wasn't made correctly. I asked them to remake the drink and went all the way home to discover that it was made even worse the second time. Your employees need to learn to make every drink correctly. I won't be going back to this location.

this is most likely the worst dunkin in massachusetts. id honestly rather give it 0 stars. i cannot recall ever receiving my full correct order there. there is always something missing or something made wrong. it somehow takes the employees at least 15 minutes to make a coffee. and on top of all that, the attitude i’ve received from every single employee there is disgusting. recently, i went to this dunkin at 10am and they were completely out of donuts, bagels, croissants, and espresso drinks. it is honestly just a sad excuse for a restaurant. dunkin really needs to take more responsibility over who they are hiring. i will never go to this dunkin again.

I'd give 0 stars if I could. I ordered on the app about 15 mins prior to picking it up, and it still was not ready. Stood there waiting for 15 minutes and it was sitting on a table the whole time. Took my cold food to my job that I was late for due to this, and noticed I got the opposite of what I ordered. Went back to correct my sandwich but the remake was disgusting as if the sausage was sitting there for hours, it was crusty and cold (even though it was just made) and I just threw both sandwiches away. What a waste of money. I’ve worked in fast food before and I've never seen such a mess. It's not that hard...
