The cashier was wearing the same gloves to ring people up, handle cash/payment, and then touch/restock donuts. I understand that this isn't the worst thing to see. But it definitely makes me wonder about the things they're doing that the customer can't see. Please educate your employees on proper sanitation and food safety!

My boyfriend and I ordered a large iced matcha latte at the drive through. The girl taking our order kept referring to my boyfriend as āhunā, which was just weird and disrespectful. I donāt care if itās just meant to be friendly, I donāt need someone calling my boyfriend that especially in my presence! So inappropriate for a coffee shop. Thatās not even all unfortunately! The large iced matcha latte was filled to the BRIM with ice. Not even kidding, it was like I ordered a cup of ice. Maybe itās not the workers fault, maybe they are being told to fill it to the top with ice to save money but I donāt know. Itās ridiculous either way. Iām not paying $6 to get a cup of ice and 6 sips of drink. So my boyfriend went back inside to ask to remake it and for some reason the worker showed attitude and said to ask for light ice next time. And maybe I will have to start ordering light ice since these workers think regular ice means filled to the brim and barely giving you any of the drink you paid for. The worker did remake it, but it tasted terrible the second time. Someone was clearly mad and didnāt want to even try the second time around. Donāt even bother going to this location

They left the paper on the cheese in the grilled cheese sandwich called them to let them know and they donāt pick up and also donāt have a mail box set up

I use this dunks everyday since I work for the dry cleaners now & I get the same coffee & it always comes out perfectly, the staff is very welcoming & very nice & I love seeing Mary she's very sweet, keep up the great work everyone
