Stopped here for lunch while doing some shopping. It took forever to clear a table for us and when we finally sat it took 15 minutes for someone to take our drink order. During this time the manager was moseying around cleaning tables and didn't bother to see why we were not being served. We had empty drinks the whole time, the server barely came by and the food was typical of a chain restaurant that misses the mark. It was not busy and we still had to wait for our server to come back and take our credit card. Anyone eating out with a toddler knows you have minimal time to transition in and out and I had to end up taking the baby to the car while my husband waited inside. Terrible experience and definitely won't return. So disappointing since you'd expect better in such a nice shopping plaza.

I had lunch there a few days ago. I ordered the bolognese lasagna fritters and chicken Marsala, and both dishes were absolutely delicious. I had Kaila as a server and she was AMAZING. So knowledgeable in regards to the menu and she recommended the perfect meals for me. She was awesome. Will be returning again.

I've been to Evivva numerous times, and I've had the pleasure of having Kaila as both my bartender and server. She is an outstanding worker. I've never had such impeccable service such as hers. She also struck up fantastic conversatio with myself and my wife. My wife and I continue to come back to Evivva just to have Kaila as our server/bartender, on top of enjoying the delicious food!

The food was average, but the gluten-free options were a nice surprise. Disappointed to have to settle for cheese ravoli which were overfilled with dried out cheese. The ravoli were swimming in a bland sauce and the sauce was not a traditional red sauce. It would be nice to have meat ravoli option with sauce choices including a traditional Italian red sauce. However, the biggest issue was a lack of cleanliness -- multiple food items on the floor (including a stepped on meatball) and not swept up. Saw this under 3 booths in a row. Also, the loyalty program here (which is linked to 110 Grill) is terrible. Better called a disloyalty program. The points never show up, it is so hard to link accounts, the app and website are both super slow and non-responsive.

Our server Andrew always brings a beautiful smile, a charming positive attitude, and best of all, an AMAZING plate of food! I recommend to request him as a server on your next visit, you’ll have a great experience. I gave him a nice big tip in 2 different ways.Wheelchair accessibility: Great wheelchair accessiblility, Andrew came and put out a ramp over the sidewalk to get me into the restaurant. God bless his soul!

This place is like the Olive Garden 2.0; a chain restaurant with average food that will do in a pinch. My friend affectionately referred to the food as "generico italiano"... My husband and I came here for dinner with friends. We started with the meatballs. They were good, but just average at best. I've had better but I've also had worse. For my entree, I ordered the eggplant milanese. Our server tried to give me a chicken parm sandwich and looked very surprised when I said that's not what I ordered. How odd! This was a first for me and I understand mistakes happen so it wasn't a big deal. Both the server & manager were very apologetic. When my meal finally did come, it was just ok. I appreciated that the eggplant was very thin but it was also very greasy and not very crispy. The salad that came with it had delicious dressing but it was mostly greens and not enough pickled pears & goat cheese. Overall, I think you can get more bang for your buck elsewhere...
