Okay, I tried. We like their sandwiches and try to order often. But, they are completely incompetent at time management. I’ve waited a long time in the past. Today I ordered at 12:00 and unintentionally couldn’t pick up until 1:45. There was a huge crowd. Order tickets strewn everywhere. They hadn’t started the order. The customer behind me had ordered 45 minutes before. No end in sight. Customers also waiting in person. Ridiculous.

Usually Jersey Mike's hits the spot for me, but I had the worst experience yesterday and a few times in the past in Hanover. Took forever to get one sub. People were piling up in line and for online orders. Only 1 person could check us out and he was the one slicing meat at the other end of the counter. This has happened many times recently, tried giving them the benefit of the doubt but this time will be my last there. Just disappointing

By far the absolute worst sun sandwiches I have ever had in my life. I am HORRIFIED they even sent food out like that. How can you even make a sub sandwich bad?!?!? I don't know, but they did it. AND it was quite expensive, certainly for what we got. Ugh. Miserable eating experience.

12-24-2024 I ordered 4 giant subs to be picked up on Christmas Eve. I asked for only oil and vinegar on all of the subs. I unwrapped the subs when I got home and was surprised at how poorly they were wrapped, falling apart, no oil and vinegar, the wrong type of cheese on one. I had to reconstruct two of them. Please do a better job for other customers.

WOW the service was AMAZEBALLS, so friendly and welcoming . . . I inhale a mini tuna sub it was fresh the lettuce were crispy and the tomatoes were firm if they were picked and sliced just for this mini . . . what an AWESOME first experience thank Jess @ the Hanover shop

Went to this location with my son , the AC wasn't working properly to start. Took 30 minutes to get out hot subs , I don't know what the kid was doing on the grill but he just was standing there nothing cooking. I finally asked are our subs done then they started cooking them. One girl was doing the work of four people, she has like purple hair, she is only employee earning her check. The others all just watching her work. I honestly have never seen such a disorganized Jersey Mike's . Get that poor girl some good help .

Madison and Amber were very amazing made my order just how i wanted it along with the rest of the crew the store was very clean 1000/1000 would come back. this jersey mikes store is the best in the south shore i always enjoy coming in.
