12-24-2024 I ordered 4 giant subs to be picked up on Christmas Eve. I asked for only oil and vinegar on all of the subs. I unwrapped the subs when I got home and was surprised at how poorly they were wrapped, falling apart, no oil and vinegar, the wrong type of cheese on one. I had to reconstruct two of them. Please do a better job for other customers.

WOW the service was AMAZEBALLS, so friendly and welcoming . . . I inhale a mini tuna sub it was fresh the lettuce were crispy and the tomatoes were firm if they were picked and sliced just for this mini . . . what an AWESOME first experience thank Jess @ the Hanover shop

Went to this location with my son , the AC wasn't working properly to start. Took 30 minutes to get out hot subs , I don't know what the kid was doing on the grill but he just was standing there nothing cooking. I finally asked are our subs done then they started cooking them. One girl was doing the work of four people, she has like purple hair, she is only employee earning her check. The others all just watching her work. I honestly have never seen such a disorganized Jersey Mike's . Get that poor girl some good help .

Oh my goodness, I am a fiend for steak and cheese subs! I must admit Jersey Mike's is my new obsession LOL not only is the food amazing and absolutely delicious and flavorful but the staff were also incredible extremely helpful and very friendly. On top of all that they got the whole lot of correct which many places don't always do so because they're not always given their undivided attention to the customers as they should. Jersey Mike's goes over and Beyond. I am always happier when I'm walking out with my food! I'm very grateful that I gave it a shot one day. Otherwise, I never would have known how much I enjoy their food and their overall atmosphere way to go guys! Keep up the fantastic work. Thank you for making it such a pleasant experience every time I come there to Jersey Mike's! Day

Don’t know if it was an off night or what but I won’t go to this location again. It was good the last couple time, and I don’t even like to eat out that much, guess it depends on who makes it. She forgot bacon, pepperoni & jalapeños, & it was drenched in too much of the sauce, so my order was wrong and looked poorly n quickly made. I ate 1 half of it before going over to the second to inspect it and I saw some red on the lettuce; which is normal for lettuce sometimes until I checked to see if it wiped off and it did so now I’m thinking it could have possibly been blood. I hope not! Of course I didn’t eat it. Not sure what else it could have been, if I could get a response because this was upsetting. Never seen that before. I ordered online so I’m not 100% sure who made it but when I walked in there was a blonde girl working. If I could get my refund back I’d prefer it, because that’s crazy, I didn’t get to eat most of it. :(

Went in close to closing, 2/22/24 I feel Terrible I can’t remember the girls name at counter working because she had a great memory, fixed a mix up we had and was so nice and made us feel comfortable instead of an inconvenience great customer service!
