The app for uber eats and doordash wasn’t working so we called to see if they still had things in stock and this lovely girl named Cynthia picked up! She was soooo sweet and helpful! Willing to look at the app and even help accommodate us whenever we order! She was so helpful and sweet best customer service I’ve had ever!! She deserves a raise! 😍 She even added a few treats for us in our bag🥹

On July 29-2025 at 7:28 PM I was order Can I get a “you pick 2” half grilled cheese and half tomato soup and Lobster Mac & cheese bowl and I paid by my Panera Gift card. But the Lobster bowl only Mac& cheese no lobster and I call back this place to tell them today at 9:15 , someone pick phone and tell me I wait they will check but you know what I waiting and waiting for fifty three minus but no one answer it. I feel really sad because the way this place they treat the customer like that.

My soup & salad go to place. Everything looks delicious and freshly made.
Service was terrible....took 15 min to get a soup and bagel. The elderly cashier was very pleasant and attentive. The food prep was a joke...they gave me the wrong cream cheese...the bagel wasn't toasted....aggravating. Just do it right. If I didn't have to stand around for 15 min with noone in front of me I wouldn't say anything

11/2024 Panera bread : I wanted to give it a “1 star!!” Because the coffee was the worst I have ever had. It tasted bad and the cup was filled with coffee grounds . Non of it was a good experience for me ! I am gluten-free celiac and a vegetarian. They used to have a nice GF bean soup that I could have and my other friend who is also a strict vegetarian. I find it hard to have anything there since they got rid of that soup. It’s a huge project just getting a salad without meat, fish or chicken or bread in it, it’s not a nice dining experience. but it is crowded there so there is a need for a casual place to eat . You can’t even read the menus with your glasses on they’re so far away and so small! My friends had their food on nice plates, for the first time mine was not on a plate but old looking as if made days before and in a small Plastic to go container! Please see the pictures! The bathroom was also not clean.😖

Woman at the register you get 5 stars easily what a helpful nice lady. Did get a lot of mods for my sandwich but just bread and a different sauce on the side. Go up to the register with the wrong bread. They remade it. Took the stuff from the last sandwich and just reheated it and put on a peice of new bread. I go up again with a sloppy mess of a sandwich and the girl behind the counter making the food I assume, immediately gives me an attitude and said what's wrong with it. I'm like....are we looking at the same sandwich? So end up remaking it again never got a pickle even with the first one....would any of you eat this...and this IS CHICKEN not tuna! even though it looks like it.
