The app for uber eats and doordash wasn’t working so we called to see if they still had things in stock and this lovely girl named Cynthia picked up! She was soooo sweet and helpful! Willing to look at the app and even help accommodate us whenever we order! She was so helpful and sweet best customer service I’ve had ever!! She deserves a raise! 😍 She even added a few treats for us in our bag🥹
Dirty, but not the dirtiest, Panera Bread. Made me uncomfortable with how many crumbs there were all over the place. Can't imagine how many mice must be thriving inside this building. Ordered online, picked up in store, and couldn't enjoy my food after seeing how unsanitary the place was. What didn't have crumbs, was smeared with a weird layer of grease.. like the inside of a Chuck E. Cheese after a long day of nonstop birthday parties.

I strolled into my local Panera and the second I got it and I could feel the happiness in the air.
