We had our son's 8th birthday party at the Hanover location and it went amazing! He and all of his friends had an amazing time bowling and playing lazer tag! Devonny and Laney were the best. We never had to ask or look for them for anything. Everything was on a perfect timeline. The kids even got their faces painted at the end. We will be back for sure! 10/10

This place is absolute trash !!! Granted we had a great time till me combined 2 cards totaling 1997 points and then we cashed out. My daughter was so happy we had 2000 points and then we were told we only had 1100. The assistant never added the other card to our total. We spent $260 and got a bunch of lil toys. My daughter is 10 and she was broken knowing that the guy showed us 1997 points on our total. Played one more game and won 60 more points to take us over 2000. It’s about the kids … this isn’t about me. I can buy all those toys for Pennie’s on the dollar but she was told we had almost 2k in points. Very unprofessional as it’s about the kids and not the money. She already picked out her prizes and everything. I will never ever go back and I recommend you take your pictures and keep your receipts. For a place meant to be for the kids it isn’t. They don’t care. Asked for corporates number and they wouldn’t give it to me. I would fo to Dave and busters instead.

Great venue!! Hosted a 25-person Family business gathering in the private room and had a great time! Linda in Sales, Liz our hostess and Oliver our bartender took amazing care of us and definitely went beyond our expectations.

Great place to power out you kids.

I LOVE THIS RYANS!! The staff is amazing and super accommodating. I lost my card and they were able to find it! Bonnie, Emily, Stephanie are a much fun to visit as ryans is itself. Only complaint is have is it's so hot in the bar area, but everything's else is amazing!!! Thank you

We normally have a great time here but after tonight I have such a distain for the entire place over an incident with the bartender … she abruptly yelled at my child instead of speaking to me over something he did not do because she was overwhelmed and giving everyone an attitude … then asks me “what do you need “with such distain after waiting forever when I clearly just wanted a drink then continues her attitude and tells me to make sure I come back or else she will charge 20% she spoke to me as if I’m some young child ordering a bunch of cocktails and leaving. Like of course I’m coming back I only ordered 1 drink just leaving it open for your convenience but she gave me such an attitude… this is either a situation she can’t be put in because they didn’t staff properly and she doesn’t handle stress well and can’t keep her behavior professional under stress or she should not be in the hospitality industry period. I’ve worked in this industry 12 years and I’ve never seen anyone yell at a child like that my own mother wouldn’t reprimand my son like that and he never even sat down he was just running up to me and stood on the leg of the chair and she abruptly reprimanded him he can’t “sit” there he didn’t sit #1 … #2 little does she know I know that and if he was to do that I would’ve reprimanded him myself but he did not sit down or was even attempting to … and lastly if she would’ve politely even said it to me to make me aware instead of scolding my child in a tone like it was her own child I wouldn’t be writing this review …. Ryan’s do better with your service staff. .. really put a wrench in my mood when I went there to enjoy it with my child because we love it there and consistently go there … I’m disgusted and appalled … that bartender should be completely ashamed of her behavior and tone under stress … get a new job tho in the one for you.

This place is the best! Came here to relax and unwind with food and arcade. Emily Earle rocked the restaurant and bar! Although here alone with a packed restaurant and bar, she didn't miss a beat! Served food and drinks with a smile and grace while under the pressure of a packed place! Thank you Emily for an awesome night!

I am the outreach and alumni coordinator for Waterside Recovery Center. I planned my first alumni event at Ryan’s in Hanover! We had 40 people come! It was honestly an amazing time! The service was amazing, the food was great, and everyone had a BLAST! I will absolutely be planning more events with them again! The manger Linda was so amazing! I booked the wrong date and days before the event Linda made it possible to get the date and time I needed! I am so grateful for the team of people that worked my event! The young ladies were attentive and so sweet. The young men at the front helped everyone get what they needed to bowl! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR BUSINESS EVENTS! Especially where connection, laughs, and a good time is needed!

I was pleasantly surprised at how clean and large the complex was in Hanover.
The food was great and the employees were very attentive.

Ryan’s is so much fun! We went as a family and then alone on date night! There are so many different things you can do here.
