The coffees are decent but they never put malt powder on my coffee even though they charge 50 cents for it. I'd just double check your order but that's my only complaint!

Welcome to the Starbucks that is basically drive through only. There was a day when Starbucks was a coffee shop, live music played, comfortable leather chairs, a place to relax and enjoy a coffee, not here. This Starbucks interior is best described as the vestibule entrance to an apartment building. There isn't a seat to be seen, get your coffee and leave is the vibe they hit.
Despite the terrible atmosphere, this Starbucks appears to be one of the few in the area that can brew an espresso shot without making it taste like carbon, for that, they still deserve consideration.

Brittany at the drive thru today was awesome. I had a birthday reward that I didn't realize could only be used on my birthday which was last week. She said " this ones on me" and I thought that was amazing. She really went above and Beyond and made my day by saying that. I am a loyal customer of hanover and marshfield and will continue to be one. Thank you starbucks!

I would like to acknowledge the exceptional customer service of your barista, Jenna (sp?) I ordered an iced Americano at the Plymouth location and immediately hit the interstate after pick up. Upon first taste, I knew it was wrong! They left out the white mocha. I pulled off at the Hannover exit, walked in, told Jenna my issue and she made me a fresh coffee with the correct add ons. She was very friendly and happy to have helped make my Starbucks experience joyful. Jenna is a wonderful addition for this company!

What happened to the Starbucks I knew? Inside there is nowhere to sit, the decor is drab and cold, you’re crowded around with other people waiting to be called like a deli market. No wonder Starbucks is going under

I don't understand how this particular Starbucks location has such a problem with the temperature. The drinks and food are always way too hot - like, scalding. Whenever I ask for them to make it less hot, no matter how I ask, they are so weird about it. I asked for it warmed, not steamed (the language used on the app) and I was told it's always steamed. If I ask for it less hot, they say, "so you want kid temp?" In this bizarrely condescending way. I just do not understand why this is such a thing.

Exceptional service here. We were helped today by a very friendly, helpful and personable barista who made us feel welcome and at home. Blond with pigtails. She helped us choose 2 shaken espresso drinks. 10 out of 10.
