Atrocious customer service. Ordered ahead and app said food would be ready at 8:14. Its currently 8:54 with no food in sight and employees will not even speak to anyone waiting for their food to offer either time expectations or allow for refunds. Completely unacceptable- management should be absolutely embarrassed by how bad this is.

I have waited over 30 minutes, the staffs were extremely rude and unprofessional, they were doing more of chit chatting than doing work, and they didn't acknowledge us until the 30 minute mark. Never again I am going there during the day, people in the day shift seem to not know what they're doing. Night crews are way better than day crews because nights are way more professional than day crews in my books. Anyone wants to go there, I would suggest going there during the night.

So I went there with my friend. We waited OVER 45 MINUTES. This is an FAST FOOD RESTAURANT. NOTHING ABOUT THIS WAS FAST. Workers were rude and made the drive thru top priority when they can’t serve inside costumers their food who have been WAITING FOR OVER 45 MINUTES not only that but they told costumers who were waiting that we should have gone to a location a whole town away because they were busy (if you can’t handle a rush don’t work in fast food). The employees were rude to the customers and said they can’t get a refund ALL BECAUSE A WORKER COULDNT FIGURE OUT HOW TO WORK A KIOSK MADE TO MAKE THIS EASIER. SIMPLY never come here you will be money taken and you won’t get food, and if you do your food will be cold or you will receive the wrong order with missing items.

This is a warning to anyone and everyone wanting to go to this taco bell location. not only do they prioritize drive through but they are also rude towards dine in costumers, the numerous times I've been I have waited an ungodly amount of time for a relatively small order. tonight however pushed me to make this review. the young lady who was dealing with all 8 of us waiting for our food after FORTY FIVE WHOLE MINUTES blamed us and said that they've been busy all day and we should of gone to the Pembroke location. I am not driving to a whole other town because you and your staff do not know how to properly handle costumers. if you are going to focus on the drive through maybe lock the doors to dine in costumers or MAYBE CLOSE DOWN DOOR DASH FOR A MINUTE as your workers are obviously overwhelmed and cannot handle the stress of a fast food job. on the topic of FAST food this visit was anything but fast, these workers have brought a whole new meaning to terrible food service and what orders they did get through were either wrong or were missing items, I left due to me being on a time crunch and was not able to get a refund because the young lady didn't know how to properly work the kiosk to cancel the order so not only did I leave without food but I paid $20.05 to watch the working staff stumble over themselves and prove that they are obviously not ready for the stress of a real job.

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. Waited over an hour for our food. Staff could care less. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place. Anyone who gave more than a star obviously works there because this was the worst. Go to Norwell or Pembroke if you want, but stay away from this place. Wish I read the reviews of this location before I went!

Ordered my food at 7 and ordered 3 tacos and 2 burritos didn’t get my food until 7:35. Had to keep reminding them of my order. Terrible

if i could put service at a negative i would. i waited 1hr and 15 minutes for my food i asked multiple times where it was and either got ignored or told they were making it when they made someone else’s who was there after me. i’m very disappointed with everyone who works here and i will not be returning

Terrible Service, This has happened MULTIPLE times. I placed an order of 2 items with only me and my friend in the store and it took 45 minutes for my order to come out. Another time it took 2 HOURS for my order to come out and when i would try to get their attention, I was ignored and brushed off and during this a worker sat down and started eating. Terrible location with terrible people. Last time I go here

Absolute worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been too! Wife ordered pick up for pick up time 7pm. Wasn’t done and had to wait an additional 45 mins for order to get done while workers only worked on drive thru! Unacceptable! Would highly recommend people not to go that Taco Bell location!
