i will never order from this Wendy's again ordered 2 chilis and there all over the place . covers were not put on correct. and chili to hot maybe melted cover - thats what was left over from the chili. Horrible place. should close it giving product like this and charging the way they do

I recently visited the Wendy’s in Hanover and had a disappointing experience. The drive-through was closed despite plenty of employees being present, and when we tried calling, no one answered, and the call was hung up. We decided to go inside, but the staff had their backs turned to us and didn’t acknowledge our presence.
Unfortunately, the lack of responsiveness and service left us no choice but to leave. It was, without a doubt, one of the most frustrating service experiences I’ve encountered. I hope the management takes steps to improve, as this location has potential but is currently falling short.

It was empty. All the employees were in the kitchen area and the drive-up. It seems like the only way to order food is through the kiosk or the app. People don't take the orders at the register anymore? The food was as delicious as always, the Baconator steals my heart every time. There were only 3 of us in the place eating. It was quiet.

Time to clean house, now. Despite there being employees in the kitchen at 8:30pm on 11/21/24, nobody came to the intercom at the drive thru. When I drove up to the window, I saw employees standing around, talking and laughing. I knocked on the window, they ignored me. I knocked on the window again, one woman made eye contact, sarcastically waved, then walked away and didn’t come back. No effort to communicate, no effort to redirect me. If they all really didn’t feel like working that night, at least scribble the word “closed” on a napkin and tape it to the window.

Used to be my favorite place went every thirsday, now every time I order food is wrong it takes a wicked long time and there’s literally bums on meth eating bagels in the lobby every time I go in there, I don’t feel safe with my children in that Wendy’s anymore. I also own multiple businesses and understand the importance of service and safety for my customers so there’s really no excuse whoever owns it probably doesn’t care

The entire floor was slippery! It felt like it was cooking oil. I was being assisted by a nice and kind employee, to whom I made this a concern. He said, "Yeah, that's most likely cooking oil from all of the cooking we do." I think a proper cleaning would be a "safer' way to go!!! The kiosk didn't work! The service was very good. After leaving, I found my Cinnabon to be disappointingly dried out.
All 4 bags of food were cold after waiting over 20 min in the dreive thru line. Thought it was cooking not 1 item hot. Took so long, people were leaving the drive through line. Drinks melting while waiting. 4 $5 biggie bags
They don't work, they don't want to serve the customer, they spend their time talking and arguing and the customer waits for 15 minutes.

Unfortunately all I ordered was an egg sandwich in a bagel with ice coffee. Got a sausage thrown in there which was Ok but not hot. Coffee was like warm and watery. Service was good even though busy.
