I was getting ready to leave for a road trip and online said they are open at 6:30am. We pulled up to the drive thru just to find out NO ONE was in the building, lights still off.

I just went there, at the drive-thru, they gave me my drink with no straw, then told me to pull up and wait. A few minutes later, I got my food and I left, then I realized I had no straw for my drink. There was a long line at the drive-thru, so I went to the front door. It was locked. I went around to the other door, that was locked too. It was only 5:00 p.m. I wasn't about to go wait 20 minutes again in line just for a straw, so I walked up to the window. The guy gave me a straw, then gave me a dirty look. đ I'm never going back again.

Like is ridiculously slow every time I come here takes at least 15 minutes and a burger and fry is 16$ might as well go to a real restaurant it will cost the same and take the same amount of time
Went to Wendy's to get the new Takis chicken sandwich and I'm very disappointed. Looks nothing as advertised and it's so messy like it was tossed together. Also looks like it's missing something. Not impressed at all

Awful service. Waited in line for almost 30 minutes and once we get up order they are sooo slow to respond. No customer service and they didnât even tell us the total. Not to mention no workers apologized or provided any explanation for the wait. Many cars left line or drive by. They need more workers and new management. The service here is worse every time I come. Itâs sad to see the downfall of this location because Iâve been a loyal customer for 10+ yrs but I wonât be coming back for a long while again because the service here pisses me off.

The night manager always pleasant even though probably wants to clean up and head home. Our go to spot after a concert in Boston. Can usually get there before 1 am for a saucy baconator.

ordered 2 chilis and there all over the place . covers were not put on correct. and chili to hot maybe melted cover - thats what was left over from the chili.
Horrible place. should close it giving product like this and charging the way they do

I recently visited the Wendyâs in Hanover and had a disappointing experience. The drive-through was closed despite plenty of employees being present, and when we tried calling, no one answered, and the call was hung up. We decided to go inside, but the staff had their backs turned to us and didnât acknowledge our presence.
Unfortunately, the lack of responsiveness and service left us no choice but to leave. It was, without a doubt, one of the most frustrating service experiences Iâve encountered. I hope the management takes steps to improve, as this location has potential but is currently falling short.

It was empty. All the employees were in the kitchen area and the drive-up. It seems like the only way to order food is through the kiosk or the app. People don't take the orders at the register anymore? The food was as delicious as always, the Baconator steals my heart every time. There were only 3 of us in the place eating. It was quiet.

Time to clean house, now. Despite there being employees in the kitchen at 8:30pm on 11/21/24, nobody came to the intercom at the drive thru. When I drove up to the window, I saw employees standing around, talking and laughing. I knocked on the window, they ignored me. I knocked on the window again, one woman made eye contact, sarcastically waved, then walked away and didnât come back.
No effort to communicate, no effort to redirect me. If they all really didnât feel like working that night, at least scribble the word âclosedâ on a napkin and tape it to the window.
