I dont know how but this dominos is different from others especially that garbage they serve at the east bridgewater one. They're always better and I go out of my way to go to this store instead of closer ones. I never understood why people hated dominos but now I realize they only hate it cause they don't order from this one

1 pizza over cooked (black around edges) thin crust! Idk ?! The other, under cooked pan pizza. The pizza sauce is disgusting! If that is the universal sauce, change it, completely! The " thin crust " tasted with out lying, like cardboard that was cooked with its nasty sauce ? The pan pizza was cold and doughy ? Omg, how does Domino franchise?! The CEO better think about "Undercover Boss" because something is not right at this store in Hanson, Ma.

We are extremely disappointed in Domino's of Hanson. They forget parts of our order every time we've ordered. Each time we go they offer to deliver the missing parts of our order but they never show up. On Friday they forgot part of our order so I asked since this was the third time if they could comp us free cinnamon sticks. The manager said no! Then they agreed to deliver out the missing part of our order. They never arrived. Extremely disappointed!
The manager, that works on Friday nights should definitely be sent for training on customer service!
