The staff at this busy Dunks does a great job. The weekday morning team is exceptional. The woman with the southern accent is always so friendly and makes sure our order is correct every day. Much appreciated.

I live on Brook Street. I’m Thai, and my husband is Polish. I moved to America about five years ago.
For almost four years, nearly every Friday or Saturday, my husband and I would stop by for coffee and donuts before going to work. The staff there were always kind and provided excellent service.
Then, sometime earlier this year—though I can’t remember exactly when—the familiar staff gradually disappeared. One day, an older woman appeared, someone we had never seen before. She always looked annoyed and spoke in an irritated tone, as if she didn’t want to serve customers at all.
My husband and I tried not to think too much of it, but every time we encountered her, it was the same unpleasant attitude. Eventually, we decided to switch to another branch near our workplace.
This morning, however, we went back to the branch near our home. I silently prayed we wouldn’t see that woman again. But as soon as we arrived, I thought to myself, oh my gosh—there she was, standing near the counter.
She didn’t even come forward to ask me, “What can I get for you?” I said, “Can I have two medium hot coffees and two hat browns, please.”
She raised her hand, walked over to the sandwich station, and said to another employee, “I don’t understand what she said.”
A male employee came to the counter and asked what I wanted. I explained, “She doesn’t understand my English.” He apologized, saying, “Sorry about that.”
I held back my feelings and told myself this would be the last time I let that woman treat me this way. She was extremely rude.

Unbelievably rude lady at the window today around 10 AM. Went with my grandfather to the drive thru to get two coffees, and he asked for a senior discount and handed her the exact change since we get the same coffee all the time for work and know how much it is and it immediately aggravated her for whatever reason. She was handed my coffee and I guess it had no cream in it so she told the worker that she needed the coffee with cream but should have given my grandfather it with no cream anyway because he paid with exact change... said that with the window down right next to us mind you. And then he simply asked if he could have a straw and she got aggravated once again and snapped saying she was working on it. Listen I understand having a bad day but there's no reason to take it out on the 70 year old man just trying to get some coffee before going to work

I'm really disappointed with my drink Strawberry Daydream Refresher. The flavor was completely unbalanced - it tasted like cough syrup at first, and I flinched. I thought maybe it was just a bad start, so I took another sip... and it was just as disgusting.
I specifically asked for light ice because I prefer my drinks at a certain temperature, not because I wanted more drink. The attendant seemed to think I was trying to get extra drink, which wasn't the case at all. If I wanted more, I'd buy more.
Overall, I'd advise against ordering this drink here. Maybe tweak the recipe and train your staff to understand customer requests better? Definitely won't be ordering this again, and I'm not sure I'll be back to this place.

Went to get a frozen drink and waited a very long time in the drive-through. It Didn’t taste right so I brought a back, and they realized they were out of sugar. They remade the drink. It still didn’t straight so when I told the man whose only id said Mr. Krabs “I’m sorry it still doesn’t taste right” he snapped “ I already remade it”. I actually said sorry! . I can’t get over how rude he
was. I drive to Hanson because Halifax is awful even though it is right across the street from me. I’m very disappointed in the service lately. It is like nobody cares anymore. Your employees are so rude.

I don't go yo Dunkins much but ran into a real piece of work going thru the drive thru with my wife. He was yelling at us about our order, it was so stupid. We got up to the windows and git the same smug attitude. The kid had a beard and earrings just so you can identify the guy who needs to go back to charm school. Dunkin should get this guy away from the public..

I've come to this dunkin every Saturday for breakfast. Due to having a two year old with me I always use the drive through. I was scolded and given an attitude for ordering a LARGE order of 3 sandwiches, and English muffin and a drink and told to not come through the drive thru anymore. Would not recommend giving this franchise your business and take a 5 minute driver to the next dunkin and support thay business. The Manager Shawn acted the same as the employee, very unprofessional. There was one car behind me at the time of this incident as well.
Establishment is constantly out of food items from their menu, very poorly managed and not the first time I've been given a hard time by this team.

Food and service was fine but oh my god the manager. Me and multiple others have seen the same lady screaming and swearing her lungs off at employees numerous times and she’s still there! Also rude at the register and will make comments on you/your order while inches from your face assuming she’s out of your earshot. Disgusting behavior and has no respect for others, should’ve been replaced by now.

Only ever go through the drive thru on my way to work. It's usually fine but there's one employee that I don't know who it is but I know when they're working because when they are, every donut gets put into the bag frosting side down so it comes out of the bag with no frosting and the coffee order always gets messed up.

I swear, I've given them multiple chances, but they don't deserve even one star. They consistently mess up orders. One employee had long nails with visible dirt underneath. They charged me extra for a drink when I asked for less ice. Their new menu board is a joke with letters so small that even they can't read it. The bagels are underbaked, and the drinks are never mixed well. My matcha latte always has powder at the bottom. They need to get someone in charge who truly cares about the customer experience!

I went there for coffee 04/10/2024 at approximately 5:15pm and I observed a male associate sweeping the floor then using the same broom to clean out the donut glass case.
