(Main St Hanson) This Dunkin’ Donuts is the absolute worst Dunkin’ Donuts I have ever been to in my entire life. In the dozen times I have been to this location in the seven years I live next to it not once has it ever been anything but disappointing. They are always rude when giving your order, rude at the window and the coffee is always disgusting. The lady with the southern accent is certifiably insane and constantly giving customers an attitude. A bunch of miserable, lazy people. Go to Halifax, always a 10/10.

I've worked for dunkin for 10yrs. This morning I went to this dunkin ( never again). The person taking my order was incredibly rude. Then the princess at the windows did want to get wet so she threw the munkins at me. Disgusting behavior.

Shout out to Nicole! I avoid caffeine due to health issues and most Dunkin locations either tell me they don't have decaf lattes at all or there's a few others that have lied to me saying they do have it and then given me regular anyway (which I CAN tell the difference and one of the locations even admitted to me one day when I complained that if I was ever told they had decaf then someone lied to me because they don't carry decaf for lattes. Decaf is so frequently dismissed and overlooked or just not taken seriously as being a legitimate need for someone with caffeine issues/sensitivity... but I got a decaf dunkalatte yesterday at this location and I really felt like Nicole took the time and really understands the importance of decaf being decaf because for some it's not just a preference, it's a legit health concern. Nicole really understands and cares about her customers and it shows. It means so much to me, I will definitely visit this location more often. Thank you!!

I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but this is the second time I’ve had an issue with the same employee at the drive-thru. I ordered a coffee, and he gave me the wrong one; the milk was cold and had no foam, nothing like how a Hot Macchiato is supposed to be. What made it even worse is that when he gave me the coffee, he looked right at me, and as soon as I opened the lid, he said, “It’s wrong, I’ll make another one.” If he already knew it was wrong, why hand it to me in the first place? That made no sense. I had to wait at the window while cars lined up behind me, just for them to replace it. And when I finally got the “new coffee”, it was still THE SAME!!! I know it was the same one because there was a coffee drip stain on the cup, and the same cup came back with the exact same stain.. Coincidence?? He just gave me back the same wrong coffee… The owners should train their employees better!

Went in with coworker to get coffee and something to eat and the help was absolutely rude. I don’t leave reviews, but this is the only way to say something and hopefully the matter gets addressed in a positive manner and the service will improve.

Extremely rude staff. Clearly annoyed that I came in at 5:12 when they open at 5:00. I'm aware it's never fun dealing with people walking in right when you open but its it's a coffee shop on a Tuesday and I wasn't the first one there. At least you won't have to worry about me coming in aga🙋
