Went in with coworker to get coffee and something to eat and the help was absolutely rude. I don’t leave reviews, but this is the only way to say something and hopefully the matter gets addressed in a positive manner and the service will improve.

Extremely rude staff. Clearly annoyed that I came in at 5:12 when they open at 5:00. I'm aware it's never fun dealing with people walking in right when you open but its it's a coffee shop on a Tuesday and I wasn't the first one there. At least you won't have to worry about me coming in aga🙋

Went thru the drive up and ordered a larger iced tea. Amount due $3.09. I gave the girl a $20. Figured I’d give her the change of 91 cents for a tip. She gave herself an extra dollar in change She handed me back $15, and expecting me to tell her keep the change. Before I realized what she did, she had already shut the door on me. I WILL NEVER TIP DUNKINS AGAIN!! She just ruined it for the honest people.

I have gone to this location a few times and each time has left me feeling disappointed. My coffee order is always wrong. The last time I went my sandwich was conpletely burnt. The staff is always rude doesnt matter the amount of customers in the restaurant or in the drive through. And restaurant it self looks like it needs a thorough cleaning.

Spent an eternity in the driveway thru. Asked for a blue Gatorade for my son and a large hazelnut cold brew. Was told there was no Gatorade at all. So i ended up getting him water. When I got to the window finally, the order next to me had a blue Gatorade. When I asked why they got one, the woman said I could add one to my order instead of swapping it. Thoroughly aggravated I said no thanks. On top of everything else.. they screwed up my coffee.

Sucks so much I order for pick then I had to walk to the window theysays they're under staff and can't open the lobby while the have 6 employees in their 2 working the drive thru the others on there phones. Worst Dunkin ever . ???
