Spent an eternity in the driveway thru. Asked for a blue Gatorade for my son and a large hazelnut cold brew. Was told there was no Gatorade at all. So i ended up getting him water. When I got to the window finally, the order next to me had a blue Gatorade. When I asked why they got one, the woman said I could add one to my order instead of swapping it. Thoroughly aggravated I said no thanks. On top of everything else.. they screwed up my coffee.

Sucks so much I order for pick then I had to walk to the window theysays they're under staff and can't open the lobby while the have 6 employees in their 2 working the drive thru the others on there phones. Worst Dunkin ever . ???

I have gone to this location a few times and each time has left me feeling disappointed. My coffee order is always wrong. The last time I went my sandwich was conpletely burnt. The staff is always rude doesnt matter the amount of customers in the restaurant or in the drive through. And restaurant it self looks like it needs a thorough cleaning.

I go to use the bathroom after eating there, and there is no toilet paper in the bathroom.. I had to leave the restroom restroom and go grab tissues

Not the worst Dunkin' donuts in the world, and I don't know if it's because I only visit this place on Sundays but usually a pretty long wait time in general.

Terrible service. Drive thru took forever and I had to go inside anyway because they messed up my order not once, twice! I stopped on my way home... thankfully it's out of the way considering I don't really travel that way so I won't be going back ever

They should update their hours, looked online said they were open, that they opened at 5 , went to get a coffee and donuts, showed up at 530 and the place is still blacked out no one there. Glad i wasted my time and gas
