They do not have a secure platform to take credit card orders. I was fraudulently charged $20.00 and I'm not even in Massachusetts.
$7.15 for a small fries and 6 piece nugget with ranch? Really? And they even screwed that up and put sweet and sour in the bag! At least they're screwing up there, and not at important jobs 😆
UPDATE they were very quick and responsive to make this right with me, 5 star customer service 👍🏻
feel like I paid way too much for my meal to get half full stale fries, the wrong sauce (EVERY TIME) and no napkins and also no receipt given to me and they won’t even tell you your total unless you ask them to 😐 this isn’t the first time and same results. very disappointed
