Low customer service performance. Placed an order with the App and went in only to wait for an extended period, not because it was busy (it was not) but because the staff that are supposed to pull orders as they print on the donut order printer chose to ignore it. When I finally got someone's attention, I did not get an apology, I got a shoulder shrug.

Repeat your order twice in the drive through cause they will never get it right the first time. Ordered a sausage egg and cheese and apparently they just heard “egg and cheese” even if the default item on their menu includes sausage.

Not the first time I’ve had shoddy service here in the drive through.

Really, again? If you ever order anything here at the drive thru, check your order before leaving. They forget things or get it wrong ALL THE TIME.

I'm sad thought this would be my go to dunkin but today they messed up my order so bad. Wrong cheese on my sandwich, didn't add extra egg I paid for and they were out of Cold Brew which I ordered mobile and paid... no apologies just tough luck. I won't come back.

The store looks beautiful. I'm just kind of thrown by the service. This was our first visit to this location... and I don't know if it was just an off day, but the young woman who served us was really only less (low key) passive aggressive when we tipped her at the end. The drinks were great, but my sandwich pictured here came out burnt. If I ever go back in the future, I hope it was just a one time thing. We're kind of regretting that tip.
