We have gone here for years but the past 2 times have been terrible. The onion rings used to be thick, now they're overly crunchy sticks. The cheese pizza tasted like a whole container of parmesan was poured on it. And whatever recipe they are using for their crust tastes like there are pebbles in it. Once is a fluke, twice is their new normal. Sad.
I saw some guy get a good looking pizza slice and asked for the same thing and it was the best decision I could have made. Absolutely without a doubt whoever made my spicy chicken finger pizza slice was a master cook. My mouth is watering just remembering how good it was. Plus it only took 5 minutes which was great too. Definitely going regularly for slices!
Walk up pizza slice place. Sometimes the attendant is friendly and attentive and sometimes not. Take your chances depending on the moment.
The food here is good but the service is terrible.
I have lived here for 15 years and it’s always been the.same good food but very rude staff and ownership. We go in again from time to time to see if it’s gotten better but it never does.
It’s unfortunate as there as not a lot of options in town but really hate giving this place my money.
We were 4 adults and a baby. Restaurant has no high chairs or booster seats. We walked out. Restaurant staff did not care. Gave our business to another pizza restaurant.
I don't know what happened to this place but it's not what it used to be. My wife and family had been coming here for 20+ years. I cannot believe the exchange I just had with the owner. The last 2 times we ordered here there was an issue. The first time they messed up an order with an allergy. This time my well done margarita pizza was sopping wet. I called and ask them to remake it. I wasn't rude, or unkind. He asked me to bring it by. So I did. He offered me a refund I said no thank you I would just like a new pizza. The owner told me no and to order somewhere else! I told him I didn't bring my card with me for the refund I just wanted my pizza. He said that's ok we don't need to see the card. So you made me drive there for WHAT?! I still didn't get angry. I said you would rather lose my business permanently than to remake my pizza? He said yes, that he used to have 8 people working and is down to 4. Hmm I wonder why that is. You got it dude 👍 as you wish! I'll take my business to pizzabella! 🫡

My family and I stopped for dine in. Restaurant was not very full. My wife went to order food and was turned away stating they were too busy and we had to wait to order. I witnessed a couple walk in and they took their order no problem. They clearly did not want our business and made it obvious. We will not return. If you have kids take them some where that wants your business.

The pizza is excellent and pretty consistent. I've gotten the odd sub here and there and it hasn't been as consistent.

4 thumbs, 8 fingers and 10 toes up!!! Truly the best pizza we've had in years!!
Pretty mid, pizza is on the thin side and usually burnt if they reheat it. It's also not cheap for slices. You'd be better off at Sal's down the street for pizza or Verona's for subs and sandwiches

The pizza at Sorrento’s is one of the best pies I’ve ever tasted. This is from someone who’s lived in NYC as a student and sustained myself on many different NY-style thin crust pizzas.
