My family and I stopped for dine in. Restaurant was not very full. My wife went to order food and was turned away stating they were too busy and we had to wait to order. I witnessed a couple walk in and they took their order no problem. They clearly did not want our business and made it obvious. We will not return. If you have kids take them some where that wants your business.

The pizza is excellent and pretty consistent. I've gotten the odd sub here and there and it hasn't been as consistent.

4 thumbs, 8 fingers and 10 toes up!!! Truly the best pizza we've had in years!!
Pretty mid, pizza is on the thin side and usually burnt if they reheat it. It's also not cheap for slices. You'd be better off at Sal's down the street for pizza or Verona's for subs and sandwiches

Kid-friendliness: Twice they were horribly rude don't eat there food isn't even that good

The pizza at Sorrento’s is one of the best pies I’ve ever tasted. This is from someone who’s lived in NYC as a student and sustained myself on many different NY-style thin crust pizzas.

Best pizza spot in this area that I've encountered. Def a high ranking slice. Not too many thin crust brick oven pizza shops around.

Tried to place an order on the phone because on line did not give me.thr option to schedule a pick up time..the person answering the phone was rude ro the point of.make loose my interest
Just went to another place .
Decided to try Sorrento's recently and did not have a great experience at all - we likely won't be back.
Absolutely no personality or friendliness from the staff when picking up the food to start out, which fine - whatever it's take out, but always nice to have some good customer service. The girl at the counter looked like she could care less about my existence.
Pizza was sub par, toppings were terrible on the BBQ chicken pizza there was no BBQ sauce, just these random "gatherings" of onions which may have been doused in BBQ sauce? Not sure what kind of sauce it was but it was not good. My husband guessed they were canned french onion type onions and he may have been right. Definitely a miss on this.
We also got a small pizza that was supposed to have Pepperoni and bacon, but strangely only like 3 slices had this topping, the rest of the pizza was cheese. This pie could have been what saved this dinner, but the cheese pizza was dull and the sauce too sweet. The pieces that had meats on them weren't terrible, but we only got some... not sure.
And last but not least the buffalo tenders... which were definitely frozen and previously freezer burnt and came with a side of this weird mayo like buffalo that had way to much vinegar.
We will continue our search for good brick oven pizza, sad we did not find it here!
