Very unique dining, it's like being at home with an incredible staff to grant your every wish. We recommend this to everyone. The food and the staff are amazing.

Ordered $49 lobster, shrimp, scallops pasta dish: lobster claw shrimp, 2 small scallops. It wasn't worth $20 for so little seafood! Their appetizers had more! My wife had chicken. So dry and overcooked she didn't finish it! I rarely post a bad review, but

What a pleasant surprise at this restaurant. This was our first time dining here but it will not be our last. The pork chop special was cooked to Perfection as well as the swordfish special.

Got a sirloin since the seafood dishes seemed weird. It was shoe leather. I have had better meat at Sizzler. I was with a group so I didn't send it back..for fear of looking like a jerk ...but otherwise I would gave walked out...very over priced in general... not ever going back.

We were on vacation and looking to try a new restaurant. We saw an advertisement for Cape Sea Grille. The prices looked reasonable and the atmosphere looked nice. Our reservation was 8:00 pm. Once we ordered cocktails and were given the menu, we were shocked at the dinner prices. For example the scallops were on-line for $29.00. The price at the restaurant was $45.00. We could understand a little higher because of summer but that was too much of a difference. All the prices were $15 to $20 higher than on- line. We wanted to leave but didn't know where else to go at that late hour. The food was okay but not worth the prices, service was good and the atmosphere was nice but we won't be back again.

So myself and my wife have been here a few times in the past and have enjoyed the place. However that all changed last night, 8/30/24. We knew it would be busy on a Friday night so we took a shot to see if we could get two seats at the bar. We planned on having dinner and drinks there. As luck would have it we were able to get to seats next to a couple and their daughter who were eating dinner. We ordered ourselves drink and my wife asked the bartender for a menu so that we could order food. We wound up speaking with the couple next to us and didn't rush to order our food, or we were asked to order by the bartender at any point. As he could see us chatting with our new friends. Before my wife finished her glass of wine the bartender told her that we had to leave. We had been sitting there too long and hadn't ordered anything. She was shocked and pretty upset to say the least. Once I heard that I was livid and told him to cash us out. As we were leaving he seated two women right down. Probably regulars that he as seemed to know them. Get this as well. Right on their website it clearly states, "No Reservations at the Bar"...first come first served. I doubt we'll ever walk back into the place.

If you want a delicious meal, served by friendly and knowledgeable people, including the bartenders, this is the place for you. Absolutely delicious surf & turf meal—scallops and beef short ribs—accompanied by tasty crispy risotto and a cabbage salad with pears and feta cheese. It was superb (and a large helping). The clams on half shells were small but sublime and fresh. The tuna tartare appetizer was special, and enough for 2. I’d eat here every night if I lived in Harwich!

Putting on airs is not enough. When you offer dishes at about 50$ each, they must be perfect, no discussion!
I had a breaded veal with mashed potato and sauted vegs with lots of sauce.
The meat serving was poor, the veal was hard, the excessive sauce soaked the breaded crust and made it wet. All in all a total disappointment.
My wife's lobster, shrimp and scallop accompanied by pasta resulted in a plate of pasta with some lobster parts, two shrimps and two scallops. The pasta was of a very good quality. But it was not cooked in salty water and was saltless and tasteless. The broth was full of pepper and totally unmelted with the pasta.
The prices were sincerely too high for the quality of food. A good wine list, again too pricey. All in all, a place where I will never go again and recommend to avoid.

Simply delicious. Had the crispy oysters, grilled salad, and the surf and turf. Each item was absolutely fantastic. We have been traveling across the US and Europe this summer and this was definitely one of our best meals. Great service and Jen, the owner stopped by and chatted with us as well. Her and her husband have created a true winner. Thank you!!

Last night we went to this place and it was phenomenal! I loved everything about it. There wasn’t one thing I did not like. I love the ambience and the quaintness of being in a large Cape Cod home with a glass enclosed porch. I love the linen tablecloths, and the fresh red rose on the table. I love the service. And I went crazy over the Sears scallop dish that I had. I can honestly say I have not tasted scallops that was that good and that flavorful and that sweet and succulent since I was a young girl growing up in New Bedford mass where all the scallops come from. We had a scallop festival every summer. I ordered scallops in Florida where I now live, but they have no flavor whatsoever. And most of the time they divers scallops which are huge and I don’t like the texture and there is no flavor. It was served with couscous which. I chose not to use the sauces that came with it and had them put it on the side. Instead, I had them give me melted butter, which had like a basil garlic , that was excellent to dip my scallops in.

My husband ordered the grilled lobster and he said it was fantastic. And it looked it as well. They had a saffron sauce, reduction, potatoes, and asparagus.
His flourless chocolate torte which he orders a lot and he goes out to restaurants because he’s diabetic was outrageous. He said it was the best he ever had because it was moist and not dry.
I had the strawberry shortcake. I asked them to leave off the mint simple syrup because I don’t like the taste of mint. The only thing I would say about that was it came with a biscuit instead of angel food cake. Personally, I prefer strawberry shortcake with angel food cake. However, the strawberries were fresh and the mascarpone cream, of course was delightful. It also came with a strawberry rhubarb purée on the side. I’m not fond of rhubarb so I wasn’t crazy over that but on the whole it was good! I highly recommend this restaurant.
