whoever is working at 10:00am on sunday, you are incredible. I had a massive order and they apologized for the wait and made everything exactly how i ordered it. Often times when I order on the app the cold foam is forgotten or the extra sausage is forgotten or whatever because they're busy, but this place got everything right even while the place was slammed. 10 times better than the orleans dunkin.

The obnoxiously rude person taking orders advised me she would be right with me they were having register issues. I waited 20 minutes to be told the registers weren't working quite different than having issues. When I asked her why she didn't tell me that 20 minutes earlier, she got loud and even more obnoxious trying to argue. I guess this place NEVER improves pretty pathetic, but I should have learned my lesson last time. Starbucks might be pricey, but they get it right with excellent customer service!

I asked for a frozen coffee and it came out horrible didn’t add whip cream that I asked for and didn’t fill it up all the way and when asked to re make it there was a lot of attitude from the workers left with no coffee :(

Typical Dunkin... outside of waiting a while for a coffee, it's fine..
Lady was rude, kept putting in the wrong order, and never got it right.
If you are in a hurry, don't go to this place. It always takes a year to place an order.
Always understaffed terribly slow had to walk out. Not the workers fault management fault.
