Ordered a jelly donut and a large black iced coffee with 3 sugars. Got the donut right away, but after waiting over 20 minutes, I still didn’t get my coffee. I had to leave for work, so I ended up walking out without the drink I paid for. Absolutely unacceptable—especially for something as simple as a black iced coffee. The lack of urgency and poor customer service made this a really frustrating experience. Won’t be returning anytime soon.

I arrived around 1030 am and there was no one in line and the woman behind the counter was making a drink. When she as done she never acknowledged me and started cleaning a machine instead of telling me someone will be with me or please hold on. There were 3 people behind me and she started cleaning for a few minute then went to stock cups and miscellaneous items. What happened to customer service? The worst place I have ever been to! There was no one waiting for a pick up a man out back working on pick ups. I ended up leaving after waiting 5 minute without getting served. Awful experience and piss poor service.
I will never return.

Very slow service ordered a couple of iced coffees and bagel with cream cheese and took twenty minutes 3 workers on and only two other people in line several other people still waiting on their order smelled alcohol on server at cash register have also seen workers smoking weed in the parking lot

Ordered online at 9:51 AM on a Thursday (using the app). There was no one in the store at all. I was the only order. There were 3 employees working at the time. I got my order at 10:03. The whole time their ordering machine was beeping and one employee took the slip which printed (my order) and threw it on the ground. Luckily, another employee found it and completed my order eventually.

I don’t know about you, but every other Dunkin I’ve ever been to has put more bacon on one of these than this. Calling this the standard amount of bacon is comparative to scraping the crumbs they drop on the floor and putting it on this mediocre piece of toast. I know my Dunkin and this isn’t IT :( I love my fellow servers in service, but come on guys.

Definitely very slow here. I wouldn’t come here if I was in a rush before work. It’s hit or miss here.

omg.. at least three people working here, these supposed assistant managers too busy showing her her phone. when you think D D had the worst customer service they just keep going lower.
