I go to DD a lot and to a lot of different ones. They are usually good and pretty much all the same. This one ,however,has a problem with the coffee being hot enough. Twice now I have gotten warm coffee not hot. Equipment problems?? Don’t know but somebody should look in to it. Not going to this one until they fix the problem

Slob behind the counter sitting scrolling on her phone couldn’t have cared less about the elderly man screaming “hello! Are you open!?” At 3pm as i walked in. She proceeded to not greet anyone with words, just a blank somber expression as she struggled to waddle towards the register. Seemed like she was in absolutely no rush so we left. Which is for the best cause the flies buzzing around the doughnuts and the egg smeared counter made me reconsider.

Disgusting place, the manager or assistant manager must do marijuana soon as she comes to the front that’s all I can smell. Their bathroom has not been cleaned in weeks. Staff touch them selves then make food with no gloves

don't go here in the summer. Staff is wonderful in the winter and always gets everything right, but I just went in and paid extra money for cold foam and oat milk and received neither. for someone with a dairy issue that could be a huge issue. I also ordered another couple things online and it sat behind the counter melting because they didn't care to put it up on the shelf. additionally upon arriving, I had ordered a croissant and they didn't have any and I had to have an English muffin. Just not a good Dunkin.
They left one teenager alone to run the whole store. He spent half his time trying to figure out the register and the other half apologizing to people and explaining that he was brand new. I felt bad for the kid. What kinda business runs this way?

Yet again, the employees were friendly and polite at this location, which is in a Shell gas station. I was leery about getting (stale) donuts in a gas station, but I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered a double chocolate donut and a corn muffin. Both were very good and certainly not stale.

I was very upset at the young Chinese woman working the counter this morning she never put the lid on my cup of coffee handed it to me it spilled all over my arm and burnt me she didn't even say sorry she just walked away from me
