I have ordered countless pizzas and now sandwiches from pizza shark. The pizza is always great and topping very fresh and above average quality.Tonight was again a pleasant experience, so pleasant I thought I’d leave a 5 star review. I ordered three sandwiches. When I arrived I had to wait make 5 minutes as they were busy with the dinner rush. Both the chef and counter person apologized profusely. It was not an issue at all. I just perused the store while I waited. When my order was ready the chef again politely thanked me for being patient and the counter person gave me a gift card for the inconvenience. I did not get either of these young mens names but please commend them. This is great customer service. The gift card was completely unnecessary but such a thoughtful touch. My takeout order was at 7:00pm on 2/27/24.The sandwiches were delicious as usual. Great customer service is a becoming more and more rare. Everyone at your location is always super friendly and helpful which must reflect the way ownership is treating them. Please keep up the great work from top to bottom. Thank you again.
