Superb food attractively presented. Wait staff a little slow. Gorgeous ambience. Very noisy table with small children right next to us, but mercifully they left shortly after we were seated.
If we were havinga. regular dinner we would chalk things up to inexperience or poor front of house management and not worry about it, however this was advertised (and charged) as a special experience for Valentine's Day. Here's where we felt disappointed: -Refused to give me a drink menu, apparently you don't offer cocktail menus on Valentine's Day. -We waited 30 minutes for the drinks we did order and no one ever offered to refresh them. -Our water was only...
Food was great, can tell the ingredients were thoughtfully selected to go together. Service was pretty poor, given wrong food, staff looked like this was their first time doing a Valentine Day dinner event, and waited well over an hour for dessert. Seemed like when the second wave of patrons arrived, this place essentially forgot about those sat waiting for food and service previously. When you pay $360 for two for dinner you expect the service to match the excellent food coming...
