The advertisement of Twenty-eight Atlantic, failed to mention that resort fees applied. The restaurants website showed availability earlier but Open Table showed availability an hour later. The cancellation policy was egregious. The service was very friendly but everything was delayed noticeably. There was confusion on what one could order on the menu - a turnoff after good wait. The food was - ho hum (cold Wagyu steak not well seasoned). That said, service staff were super friendly...
Wow James Hackney has gotten inspired! We have been dining here for many many years. The room and the view have always brought us back. In the early years the food was exceptional but then had dropped off and the menu never changed much. Well this past Thursday the food was amazing!
